3g/wifi/network turns on/off - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Data/wifi/network will turn off then back on frequently. Signal strength doesn't seem to be a factor. I'm stock rooted 4.3. Any ideas?

Hearing aid compatibility. Makes calls louder. Go to phone then settings(the three dots) and hearing aid to shut off.

I'm running it as well and I love it! I was intimidated by all the settings but once I started playing around with it, its pretty easy.
I have been using it since day one. I love it. Keeps my home screen nice and clean.

I used it on rooted stock rom and now on viper. I haven't had one problem with it. That's weird.

Anyone know why I would be getting a no 4g error. (pic attached)

My son is getting this error on his stock unrooted one. Never seen it before.
I've seen it twice. It just disappeared as I was texting.

Do you or did you have 4g?
No 4g in my area so it wasn't an issue

Do you have 4g turned off in setting? I wonder if when the phone wakes it's cycling though 3g, 4g, and WiFiI.
I keep cdma/lte on just in case I happen to be working in a 4g area

Time Without Zero

Is there a way, without rooting, to get a normal 12 hour clock without the zero in the front?
