Try with factory reset your phone, can be something left behind since .244 that is causing your phone to be unsynced with Sonys FW update servers.

Yes all original.

I got this kind of problem. When I can't upgrade under OTA from .244 to .67, then I used Sony PC Companion. Finished upgrade and reboot also got .67 OTA upgrade notification. It can't be upgrade again. Then I tried rooted by DooMLord method and solved by flashed DooMLoRD XperiaZ_KernelOnly_.67.ftf. I guess that maybe I got kernel problem of my phone root under .244 before.

Hi!
I also have the same problem with Xperia T. The phone keeps restarting many times daily. After rebooting It loses very offen sim-card and wi-fi function. 1 month ago it was flashed to 9.1.A.0.489 by PC Companion.
I tried and it doesn't work:
- flashing again 9.1.A.0.489 with PC COMPANION and SUS
- flashing again 9.1.A.0.489 with Flashtool
- flashing 9.1.A.0.492
- back to 7.0.A.3.197
- [TWRP]Stock Kernel on 9.1.A.0.489
Any idea?
i found a new thing. The phone is stable in "flight" mode.

you might need to do a factory reset then update the firmware again, I think the update to 534 didn't go too well... also happened to my samsung phones preiously after updating to latest firmware...

I was just about to post about the same issue. Twice now when driving I have noticed that the phone suddenly reboots. It's sitting in a passive car holder (no power, NFC, bluetooth etc). But it's just in my line of sight so I quickly notice when it suddenly boots.
I have no idea if it does this the rest of the day or not as well. But this is not a good sign.
if resetting to factory setting then re-updating the firmware does not work, try to re-flash the stock firmware using FTF files...

this usually happens when there is some conflict with the firmware.. very common issue with all android phones...
I'd flash it with flashtool.
I did a "reflash" of the latest firmware using the PC companion software that came with the phone. Will report back in it helped or not.
I did a factory reset.hope will solve it

you have to download sony update service from Sony site, then choose your mobile model and it will be updated to latest firmware.
Thats only notification. When you "click" it will say that you have to make this via PC Companion.
So download PC Companion from SONY site and do an update, or... Just connect your phone to computer and choose PC Companion. Software will be installed on your comp.

If you want to customise the Rom ie with honami. Apps and framework , strip it out of bloatware , make it run faster,
Thend flash 2.254 FW, root it, flash fem and then a custom Rom.
Otherwise just go through the official download with Sony.
