SO I HAD DOWNLOADED THE HONAMI SYSTEM DUMP DEODEXED IT COPY PASTA TO APKTOOL AND ADD CORRECT PERMS AND ADDED TO ROM AND TESTED VOILA I HAVE WORKINGS SONY APPS !! AND A BRILLIANT IDEA CAME TO MY MIND WHY NOT SHARE THEM AND TAKE SOME THANKS !!

Instead of using DSP,use Viper4Android which is compatible with walkman.

or rename dsp manger to DSPMANAGER.apk to DSPMANAGER.apk.bak and use clear audio+

If it works with cm based roms,it should work with PAC too.

this is because music virsulizer is uncopmitable with 4.3 it drove me nuts but I got eclipse running lets see what i can do about it !!

I dumped and deodexed the apps and framework from the lateset Z2‘s Firmware 17.1.A.1.2.
Cause there are some issue need be fixed for Flashtool, so FTF still need wait.
@DooMLoRD has made new Kernel+Recovery

Media apps,SystemUI and many other apks are missing
Plz can you upload all the apks

Perhaps that resides in one of the framework files... I haven't looked into it too well, but I do know that album and walkman apks look much like other versions...

Hi
Recently I flashed the media apps of Sony xperia z2 to my rooted z1 by installing the zip file using twrp recovery. However on porting I found that the Walkman app has gone off the app grid but is still there in the app list in settings>apps>all apps.
Also found that the movies app force closes. On going through the thread I came to know that there was a problem in the zip file.
Id like to know how to get the Walkman app back on to the app menu so that I can access my music again.thanks in advance
You'll need original media apps to make it works again. What is your firmware version? I can upload them if you need it.
