S-Off for Hboot 1.54? - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Not sure where I read this but I thought I saw somewhere in one of these XDA posts that you can S-off with 1.54? I am currently on 1.54 with S-On. Is there a tool like revone? Any help would be appreciated as I wish to install new firmware to my HTC One

You wanna do a bit more searching my friend

It's all over I s-offed tonight. Check HTC one general

Fair enough
I have downloaded Rumrunner
- Get as far as Waiting for ADB but keeps rebooting (x/120)
Then just fails.
Now is there drivers I am supposed to be downloading or something else to be done?

^ Any help here?

There is a s-off guide on HTC General info it's called rumrunner soff it explains it all there. But u need updated adb and fastboot I've used android sdk. HTC drivers u can either find them in the forums or what I did in the end was deleted everything to do with HTC off my laptop HTC sync drivers etc then plugged phone back in to make sure each driver successfully installed. Obviously u need to unlock with htcdev. Install custom recovery and follow rumrunner instructions. Which are at rumrunner.us or follow the many rumrunner guides on xda you need the corresponding firmware

Why not just use the script here.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2315549
It's a simple script, you just run it and follow start it says.

WOW!!!
This is AWESOME!!!
I have a question though.
Before I try anything possibly retarded, With a combination of this and Sim Unlock, I could essentially turn my Sprint One into an International?!?!?!
The general plan is to Sim Unlock, then change the CID to the International HTC One CID, and then flash the RUU of the Internaltional. So, would this work? And has it been done?
Sorry, I am a bit noobish with this wacky internal stuff XD
Thanks.

Your Modelid is PN0712000. Thats a HTC One Play edition. Your baseband says your had installed Firmware 4.19.401.8/9
What was your last known installed rom?
With superCID i assume your S-off still
Do you not have a TWRP or CWM backup you can restore?
that could also mean you are NOT able to boot into the rom?
PN0712000 covers US DEV, ATT (?), and Canadian. Not TMOBILE US or International..
Actually i'm on hd revolution 52, but I was on hd 6.1 gpe. The reason why I was wondering witch firmware i'm on, it's because I want to update my hboot.

So what is the purpose of the question? Can you boot into your rom?
The main purpose it's because I want to upgrade my hboot. I was curious to see which firmware i'm on.

Does your phone boot into an OS.. From your getvar all output.. it appears your have no working OS.
If your on the latest radio, why update your hboot,
If for any reason your OS fails and you cannot proceed any father, you can install an RUU, regardless
IF you update to latest hboot, You may not have that option
So there's no point to update to a newer hboot? And yes I'm on arhd 52. But I just don't understand why I don't see my firmware.

Your stock firmware should be 1.29.631.4 or 1.29.631.17.

To make SunShine work you must be on stock Rom-kernel. Or install Maximus HD Rom without custom kernel (do not install a kernel after the installation ends, during installation will install its own kernel). As I know ARHD it's not supported. Use SunShine and then install anything you like.
