Canadian model c6906 compatibility with current modded stock roms? - Xperia Z1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was wondering if anyone here knows or have tried flashing the monx or krabappel2548 roms on their c6906's. The users in the thread seem to be using the 902's or 903's.

Sorry for bumping this thread, but I'm curious too.
ROMs for the Z1 appear only as C6902 and C6903, but nothing for the C6906

Anyone?

Pleaseeee answeeeerr

I might be switching to the Xperia TL from the HTC One S and was wondering if the t and tl run the same ROMs since they have the same specs? Thanks

Yes but you need to not flash the T baseband if you want to keep LTE also you can't use any rom that requires a custom kernel as the bootloader on the TL is locked.

Help what the steps

I don't want to be a pain but I was looking for some help in the sequence from when you buy a Xperia to puting on a new Rom and new kernal things like that from what I can tell I have a very old kernel compared to what I am seeing. So pls any help would be very appreciated.
Thank you. I am currently using Xperia Z from bell canada.

The solution to your question is flashtool. Kindly search for it and you will get a tutorial here.
You need to first download the stock ROM to which you want to upgrade and then flashtool will do the rest.
Hope it helps!

You can update freely; nothing will happen. The only difference between the C5302 and the C5303 is that the C5303 has an LTE antenna. The only difference you might see is the set of preinstalled apps, depending on which region/carrier version you use.
...by the way, there's an unbranded copy for the USA version of the C5302 here.
i have flashed c5303 android 4.3 just now in c5302 and everything is working fine

Kinda new here... Wana root my xperia z Any help plz

You don't say which firmware version you're running. It's best to provide details when asking for help.
If you're running anything up to and including 4.4.2 (10.5.A.0.230), then just use towelroot.
If you're on 4.4.4 (10.5.1.A.0.283 or 10.5.1.A.0.292) then it's slightly more complicated. Follow my guide here.
