Hey i was tweaking something for long time ago and then my DPI changed on screen so the screen got very big. I did a factory reset but it didn't help! please help me! i probaly need to edit build.prop but i don't know how to do because everything is too big to change anything.
Flash the rom u are using again.

Place a hand ( right or left ) on your phone, push volume_up + home + power button in the same time and flash gb_root (from bellow)

nope ... didnt work on 2.3.6, had to flash chainfire's cf-root ... didnt want to root
But you can't use ClockWorkMod without root, cause it might result strange things like brick.

Unfortunately yes, I'm very noob. Still I was able to install the MIRACLE ROM on my ACE with no effort.
So I do have root.. Next step?

EDIT: I've found it! I'm trying now.
EDIT2: Now it is installed but It still opens the default dialer. The only change I can see that there is now an app inside the system/apps folder called "DialerTabActivities".
After flashing V28c, my soft keys (the ones at the bottom) are not responding ?? Someone else with this problem? what did i do wrong

They all light up, but I can't use them (so, No vibration either). I used Titanium in the past, but not with this rom ?
Same problem for me.
But if the phone is connected to power cable, the softkeys are working.

I can only repeat myself. If v28c for whatever reason (i think a bad install without wipes/factory reset after first boot) or maybe you just set it to off in settings-> display, take an older v20x version and flash it using smartflash.

I am using Original 4.04 ICS...And same while charging soft keys works fine...other than its unresponsive most of the time..Please help...It happened after 4.04 Upgrade..Prior to that It was working fine...
I am using Cyanogen 10.0 and Buttons are still not working...
Samsung GALAXYSIIImini GT-I8190..... And it's the background is black screen...
I just needed help because I want to fix if there's a possible way...

Hi thanks for ur help... But it didn't work and I tried wipe data factory reset and wipe cache wipe dalvik cache is there any others ways to fix it...
Your problem is in SystemUI! Try replacin with another stock SystemUI.apk :fingers-crossed:

Thanks but u know when I boot my phone it freezes at Samsung logo I can't go to home screen or anything except download mode and recovery mode

Hello, I can't reboot into recovery using any app.. I would like to knw why n also if anythn can b done to mk it work or any app tht works..
It is because everytm using d physical buttons to get into recovery made those buttons nt function well on my older LG P500, which obviously I dn want it to happen with my O4X.
Any help appreciated.
