Galaxy Tab 2 Cases Fit

Hey,
Just brought a Belkin case from PCWorld designed for the Galaxy Tab 2 10" and its a perfect fit. Holding the Nexus 10 up to the Tab 2 it's easy to see why. They are pretty much identical. Has the 3 fold design too. Now if I could just fit a small magnet under the material it would switch off when closed

Whats the product name of the case you bought im heading to pc world later

Its called the Belkin Tri-Fold Folio with stand.
Luckily the shape of the corner grips means that although it covers part of the power button it doesn't actually touch it.

I just ordered a zoogue galaxy tab case. Says it fits both tab 10.1s.
I have a zoogue case for my Xoom and I love it.
It is a bit pricey ($55 shipped) and I would call it more of a couch / indoor case.
I will post pics when I get it. The race is on both N10 and case where ordered tonight!

Only problem with the tab cases is they cover a good portion of the side speakers I hate not having a case on this thing...

Yes I seen that. I hope it does not sound to bad.
I just really like the adjustability of the case. I can go all the way forward or all the way back and any place in between.. Not just 3 notches like many cases similar to this.
I'm very excited and can't wait or sleep for that matter.. Ha

What case does not fit?

pcworld gave me the wrong one (ipad).

Just picked mine up today. It's great. Even has a little tab to slide a stylus into.

I can't seem to find it anywhere. Hopefully you guys have seen it somewhere.
I'ts by a company named Jacklyn. It's a vegetable tanned leather case for the note II.

The thing about this Jacklyn case is the phone goes over on the left, making a rest for your hand on the right. Most of the wallets I've found have the phone on the left. I also want to be able to use the phone with the case closed so I need a speaker hole in the case..
I found one on ebay but it was in Korea and for the note 1. I sent an email a few days ago to see if they had it for the note II and didn't hear back.

That fits the note not note 2 if I understand the listing correct. But yes, they are the makers of the case.
Apparently they are making one for the note 2 because that first graphic I posted shows a case for the N2. I believe everything I see on the internet.
I did email that seller on ebay asking about if that was for the note I or II, and received no response.

Anyone know where to find the original Nexus 5X case in the US? I'm referring to the one made by Adopted that is rubber with the microfiber back. I see several listings on eBay but I have doubts that they are truly genuine. I'm looking for a black one without the flip cover. (Non-Folio)
I'm hoping someone who purchased one from one of the eBay listings can chime in.

I bought 2: 1 black and 1 white. They fit and feel great. On further review I can't tell if this is from Adopted or not, I'm guessing no. But I've been using this for about 5 months with no problems.

I think that's not official because of the position of cutouts is not indentical at all. But have nice feeling in hand.

I bought it last May (May 2017) . Trying to clean the cloth with water and cream soap, you will wipe the textures but it should be cleaned if it's dirty.

Yea! The only thing that I didn't liked is that the volume and power button is a little bit hard to press the buttons. Overall is a good case.

Who else got glass back protector with Note 8?

Just want to know how many of us actually went through while unboxing of our Note 8. I just found after 5 months that Samsung also sent back protector which is made of transparent plastic. See the pic below and check your document box if you haven't check yet...

Maybe it's something new they do. I mean it's ridiculous we pay a crap ton for these phones. But they don't wanna give us good case and screen protector. They help your cell phone store scam you with a rip off $50 each case and screen protector= $100+.
Wish the law made it mandatory for 1 year warranties to cover drops. Then these companies would actually care to oblige to a good case/screen protector.

How new is your model? Is it refurbished? Which version is it? Mines about 2 weeks brand spanking new and no such thing in my box.

I did a pre order and its 5 months old now. I never went through documents box of any phone. I just accidentally found it today. Its 950F

I bought my note 8 about 15 days ago in india and I got this back case how ever I do not use it.

My N950FD (UAE) has it. Bought in Canada though Amazon (sold by Firstronics). Using an Otterbox Defender and Whitestone dome instead though.

We got no back cover in the UK

I bought my note 8 on 18th nov, it came with the clear case and a dex station

Question about SPen authenticity

I recently bought a used Note 8 off of eBay and when I looked at the included Spen, I noticed it had what appeared to be felt on the very end of the plastic tip (see attached image). I also have a Note 4 and the tip is entirely made out of plastic so my question is if the Spen on the note 8 supposed to have this little area with felt on it or is this a knockoff?

I have never seen a Spen tip worn like this.
If the Spen works on Note 4, it is a genuine Spen and also Note 4 Spen should work on Note 8.
Just replace the tip, could be done with replacement tip of your Note 4.

The thread just ended right there. That photo you uploaded looks sketchy, to say the least. The tip is not even up for debate.

Thanks for the replies, I returned the phone and got a refund.

One does not simply return a phone due to a fake s pen.
Buying a genuine s pen is cheap, once the phone is in good condition.

If you can pull out the tip of the pen. Then chances are you probably have a genuine S-Pen.

Off a slight tangent just broke mine last night and immediately ordered one off eBay..let's see how that goes lol

This looks like the beginning of another bad story.
Please post a link to the actual item you purchased. A genuine "replacement" OEM spen ONLY comes in Black or a Grayish-Purple.
You can't buy any NEW spen in any other color directly from Samsung.
