Hints:
- Multiwindow is activated by going to recent apps -> long hold app -> Split view
- Lock screen settings are under security in the meantime

While it's still in beta, I've been testing out these unofficial builds for Jiangyi and it's completely stable. Everything works as it needs to. Features will be coming in as omni expands.
It's smooth and battery friendly if you ask me.
I'm getting 3-4 hours screen on time with the stock kernel provided

Haha, multiwindows on AOSP ROM.

Cydia substrate + winter board is a good substitute to theme chooser. It even supports theme chooser themes

=================
20131117: "Initial Build"
20131118: "Omni devs added an animation switcher for when you lock your screen, in settings -> display. Cherry-Picked recents 'clear all' button"
20131119: "No new 'official' changes, cherry-picked Swipe between notifications and Quick Settings. And control media volume anywhere using volume keys[Big thanks v3n3]"
20131119_TEST: "Added MultiWindow again big thanks to v3n3!"
20131128: "Added Active Display, Activity icons in notifications bar, and removed multiwindow cherrypick due to code conflicts.. Sorry guys waiting until that stops being such a mess..."
MultiWindow Bugs and Usage
=================
Right now in order to get it to work, you have to have at LEAST two apps open at once. After that you go to your recents panel and long press on an application which will dropdown a menu asking you multiple things one of them being to add to split view. Select that and then add another the same way. I'm sure this will get better with time so just bear with bugs for now...
If you try to add an app to split view without having more than one app open then the SystemUI.apk will force close. Also one other thing if apps don't work the way you want in that I'm sorry but that is not up to me to fix XpLoDWilD is working on it and so any bugs you have should be submitted to OmniROM through the link above. Happy Testing!

Data wipe and try again.. It should work fine I've been testing since I built it...
Will support multiple window?
lol first time ever I see this, Google Chrome on my pc said the zip file could be harmfull to my pc, gives me a red sign.
So is google investigating custom roms now?
What about an WiFi fix? Is location working fine? What about gyroskope and compass?

No, this would have to be added manually, which OP hasn't done.
https://gerrit.omnirom.org/#/c/53/
Everything else seems to work OK though.
thanks man.
official builds was time coming?
Thanks so much Sam! I've been trying for a few days to do a build of my own, but can't seem to get wifi working correctly. I'm a complete noob. Any chance you could help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?
Does it have the ability to change the Navigation buttons? Like instead of having Recents, I could put Menu there instead?
Thanks for the work.
Greetings.

This didn't restore all of my apps like most roms do once you sign into Google. Did I do anything wrong? Anyone else experience this?

I was just about to create a Thread with my build
Did you cherry-pick the WLAN Fix ?
Right now there are barely any "new" features in 4.4 OmniROM :-/

Nope haha I had to use a patch from the old drivers... It took like a week to figure out! Haha The thing is, I'm not gonna build a cherry picked omni rom unless people really wanted me too... I'm trying to learn how to include features from cherry picks but I'm still new at ROM building so that may be a little ways off...

Yes, I did. And then logged into my Google account during setup like usual. After the ROM boots for the first time, I usually see all of my apps restored from the Play store. This usually takes 15-20 minutes, but it is automatic. It didn't happen at all after I installed this ROM.

I await your feedback
After spending a lot of time with it, I purposely tried to mess with it, checked every option I use, restored with Titanium and I'm happy to say I haven't found any issues. It's a pretty fast small ram consuming ROM.
Now to find a way to turn off the light of the back and menu keys and finding the way to add the long pressing home button for recents(maybe xposed). It's just a personal matter, nothing related to the ROM(which is awesome!), I simply don't use the navbar.

OK I found something to turn off the back and menu keys light
Goto /system/lib/hw u will find "lights.exynos4.so" rename to something like"lights.exynos4.so.bkp" then reboot
It will turn off capacitive keys light forever

Sir, that did the trick, and even easier than I thought, thanks a lot!
Nice ROM. I lost root, what's the best way to get it back?
i'm going to download, but twrp is ok for flashing ?
EDIT: flashed but no root access, solved by flashing supersu from recovery
Have you both try to enable root in developer options?

Didn't have that issue, but it's because I always flash SuperSU with every ROM, it's an habit.
By the way, still rocking it good.

BUG LISTS
-OK, first thing first, Mobile Data seems to be crashing, Normal Call and Message works fine though. I will try with Kholk's RIL and test again. (LMFAO, I didn't include the whole module folder Under System/Lib/ ) No wonder RIL's seems crazy. Will upload a Flashable zip ASAP ) Now Zip is online >> RIL comfirmed stable https://www.mediafire.com/?4mn5p4pgn8zwcva
-Setting/Themes Crashing. My bad, I'll fix that in next build.
-Other Bugs that liquidsmooth has. Bear that LiquidSmooth is also is in Beta state so there may be many bugs, and I won't be able to do anything for that.
Download Links are up! Please test and report back
thank you for a new rom i'll test it and report it soon...

Settings/display/battery light >> disabled? Other than that, button backlight seems OK to me.

BTW, I recommend all to use Iodak 9.9 with this ROM since default kernel has some freeze, slowdown issues which demetris fixed just now. May be I will build a new build some days later.
