Deleting password without root?

Hi,
My cousin recently broke her screen, she gave password to the service guys because they needed it and she was in trouble because her mom checked her phone. (Xperia j) I'm wondering - isn't it enough to flash an FTF to delete the password?... I'd test it on my phone, but when it isn't going to need the password I'll have to reroot again.

No flashmode is before all that so it won't matter if there is any type of password on it, just do what you'd do for an FTF, it'll work.
Flashtool will tell you that you're in the correct mode.

I can't update to .201 via OTA.

So today I have received an OTA update to the newest .201 firmware. I tap install, it downloads and turns off as usual, progress bar shows up and on second dot when progress bar is in the half, the updating stops and phone turns on. What is wrong?

An unlocked bootloader perhaps?

Do you have a recovery installed?

Yes, I had recovery, but I uninstalled it because I thought it was problem, but not, it's still the same ;/ I have CE1 rom.

Instead of OTA update, you tried updating through Sony update service or PC companion?

Perhaps (not entirely sure ofcourse) is that the cause / issue?

You mean that root is causing this problem? If it won't work then I will eventually update via PC Companion.

Are you using Xposed? Because that caused the update failed when I updated to .254 OTA

Nope. I don't use Xposed framework. I'm out of ideas ;/ Looks Iike I will have to unlock bootloader once again to root to .201

[ROM REQUEST] TouchWiz Nougat for SM-320F/FN

Because of newer/est Samsung Apps is ported ONLY for Nougat.

he is right this rom is unpossible to port to j3 because there is no phone with the same soc and got nougat

There is no resource for it yet, or maybe never. So why it's imposible.

That's not the case. Our soc can't run nougat TouchWiz.

can any kind soul share with me working gcam for exynos please. I am on stock rooted 2.1 oneui...
