[Q] Notification LED - Xperia Z Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I update my SXZ (C6603) yesterday to 10.3.1.A.2.67 and the notification LED blinks two or three times in the color it should be (Exemple: Blue for facebook, green for twitter...) and the goes to a bright color, after turning the screen on it goes back to normal then goes to the bright color.
Any help?

Update: I got back to 10.3.1.A.0.244 it worked just fine for about 5 or 6 hours, then had the same probleme.

[Q] Trackball LED fails to blink for notifications

Last night my tackball was notifying me perfectly fine.
I charged my phone over night, woke up this morning and responded to a text message (the light was blinking) and went back to sleep.
I woke up two hours later to a text and email and the trackball was not blinking and no longer does for any notifications (text, email, kik).
I've gone into settings and disabled/reenabled "Pulse notification light" and reset the phone to no avail. The LED physically works because it flashes white upon boot up, but for some reason it's not lighting up for notifications.
Running stock 2.3.3 unrooted
Solutions?
after a restore the notification light blinks repeatedly only if the screen is off. if you get the notification while the screen is on it doesn't go off at all.
once you turn the screen on (if you just flash it on and off), even if you don't unlock the phone and pull down the notification screen, the notification blinking stops completely.
pulse notification light is still checked...

Xperia Z1 screen blinks and finally blacks out but the back panel is on

My phone had a water locked problem earlier but was fine until today. The screen blinks for few seconds like analog wave and go total black after that . The display returns colorful after a day or a week or so.. Please help

Replaced display and now get LED status blue blinking, sometimes solid yellow etc.

Hey there hobbyists and experts.
Recently I wanted to play around with my old phone. The Sony Xperia Z1 C6903. Rooted it, flashed a custom ROM on it, and so on. I noticed a spot on the display that didn't register my touch inputs so I decided to replace the display, digitizer and the frame. After reassembling it, and plugging it into the powersource, it didn't explode :good:.
But it didn't display anything on the screen. I only noticed the status LED.
- Sometimes it flashed blue. (Not Fastboot)
- After leaving if plugged in for a while, it turned solid yellow.
- When I tried to turn it on again, the LED flashed red and then afterwards purple.
Does anyone of you have an idea on what the problem might be? Or any clue on the LED signals?
Should I disassemble again, and check every wire?
Thanks in advance.

No green LED text notification after 8.0 update

I took the latest update yesterday, and now when I get a text message, the LED notification is blue. Before the update, the LED was green for texts, and blue for email. Is there any way to get it back to green? I'm using Verizon Messages btw.

I have the same thing happening. I am using Message+ on Verizon and have a Galaxy S8. Green is much more visible to me. The setting for the LED in the app is Green. LED Indicator in Display settings is on. Have rebooted. Have cleared the cache and data for the messaging app. The blue LED used to display for my Any.do notifications, and no LED displays for those since the update. The LEDs display perfectly for charging (red while charging, green when charging is complete), so clearly green still works somewhere. I would really like this fixed.
