Just search the forum for RAMAD and then download a stock firmware for your region, also Odin. How-to-flash guide is on his thread.
Edit.

Downgrading/Changing jellybean firmware on Galaxy SII
Hello All,
I have galaxy SII (made in korea ShW-M250s). I recently upgraded it to 4.1.2 jelly bean. But I encountered few problems like it does'nt support chinese language. I want to change the firmware specialized for China. but using Odin, it completes the process successfully but firmware turns out to be unchanged. Even I tried flashing the old 2.3.6 firmware again, but same result. this isn't helping at all. so I am finally hoping for you guys to help me out.
would be a great favour
if I can somehow make my phone support chinese it would be ok though.
thanks

you mean galaxy s plus i9001..?
We disscuss two phones here. It would be nice if you and others read the stickey thread made by the moderators.
Add a prefix next time ([I9000] or [I9001] or another..)
And use some search please i mean we have two Android Development sections if you want it for the I9000: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=665
And for the I9001: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1270
explain better
if you intend i9000, no official update to 4.1.2 (only custom Rom)
No official JB or ICS update for i9000, only good ol' GB...

You probably require a modem for your location .
Please read the posted faq and guides first to understand the basics or return it to the shop .
As root voids warranty Samsung will not help.

Hello,
I am looking for the stock Android 2.3.5 ROM with TouchWiz for the Galaxy Note N7000 (Netherlands). I found a complete topic with links for all regions, but all of the links are dead. Can someone help me to find it?

The one that doesn't have a Android version seems to be 2.3.6.
I think Samfirmware lost their database and had to reupload all the files, losing some data in the process.
Give it a try is all I can say for now.

Thanks for your reply. The one which doesn't have an Android version is also 4.1.2. It doesn't have to be stock, but I really want 2.3.6 on my Note.
