Viper ROM + pure performance + mother of all AD Blockers? - Sprint HTC One (M7)

Does anyone know if there will be any improvement with installing the pure performance MOD and the "mother of all AD BLOCKING" hosts file on top of ViperROM 1.1.0?
On a sprint HTC one

nevermind. I installed both the ad blocker MOD host file mention and The pure performance xeno edition MOD and both are working perfectly and definitely improved the function overall.

[CWM Tweak Pack] Apps and Tweaks for CM7

Decided instead of uploading the whole ROM just to make a CWM zip with all the changes. Just download CM7 and install it then flash this over it. Also this will make updating to the Nightly's easier. Just re-flash this after you update to the Nightly to get you back to how it was.
This pack includes Gapps. The apps that where out of date I updated to the latest versions.
The Launcher has been replaced with XPERIA S Home Launcher
Contacts/Dialer and SMS replace with GO apps.
Browser replaced with Dolphin
File Manger replaced with the MIUI version with root access
Music player replaced with the MIUI version
Camera replaced with the MIUI version
Added MIUI Lock Screen
Replaced Gallary3D with Gallary ICS
Many Tweaks to the build.prop and scripts added to the init.d

Cool... downloading now!!!
Thank you!!!
One question.
I can use this ONLY in CM7(Pure) without a version(Like Neutrino or TopSmart) or i can use this tweak in all versions(CM7 Based)?
Hey thanks for the pack! It's really nice if you want extra features on CM7.
I got a question though, if I don't want say GO apps how can I remove it from the pack and still flash the others?
Thanks!

Unzip the pack and remove Contacts.apk and Mms.apk from /system/app to remove the Go apps. Once you have removed the apps you don't want just re-zip up the pack.
Downloading....will see this amazing idea to just flash the tweaks to the original CM7. Using a modded chinise Blur ROM but will take a look on this!.

Thanks for all the hard work - this looks like a must flash for me.
Stupid question: do I need to be on 247 before I flash?
I'm on 232 happily running another ROM without any problems. I'm very tentative about flashing 247 and losing the ability to go backward to an OTA upgrade path. Or is this not a problem anymore.
But I've been following your work and this ROM sounds awesome.
Sorry if this is too noobish

Been on 232 for eons, so this is a breath of fresh air. Downloading.
Edit: First boot the phone got stuck in airplane mode, however I feel like I did this somehow by accident. I was holding the phone away from me and realized it had finished booting and I was pressing stuff, then saw airplane mode was on, and there was no way to turn it off. So I did a wipe and reflash, with the moto preinstall folder wiper mod (why not?). All is well. Restoring apps via MyBackup Pro.
Flashed this warlock with ss3.0.5 and its been banging like a champ. Only issue so far is awesome beats doesn't want to work correctly. Other than that this rom is fantastic! Thanks for the hard work on this one

Smooth & Stable so far.. Really like this one, but can OP make a flash-able zip (or a version) with the more traditional ICS battery & signal icons? Is there a way to get rid of the persistent search bar?
Edit:
Tried installing on safeside via safestrap, no errors whatsoever, running great. However, on the non-safe via bootstrap on top of 232 it was installed, but after reboot there seems to be no changes made to the 232.

Great Rom
Flashed Rom and it works wonderful. But is it possible to add screenshot in the rom without third party app. Awesome beats doesn't do anything as stated before and battery percent is very much needed, other then that this is a awesome rom fast and smooth. Great work looking forward to future updates.
Added status bar icon mods, screenshots, and feature suggestions to the OP. Enjoy!

overclock
nikhil, can this be used for overclocking the cpu?
Sorry, you cannot use this for overclocking.Cant flash kernels through recovery because Desire C still has s-on
But you can get overclock kernel from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2000636 (Dont use it if you are runnng namelessv6 rom though )
yep, that's the thing, I'm on Nameless 6. I guess then we have to wait until someone rewrites the kernel?
You can still use the overclocked kernel i think.Try to flash the overclocked kernel and push the files in /system/lib/modules/ from Nameless Rom v5 into your current rom (V6). As described here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1812583&page=47
But not sure if this works though
I read in an other thread that it rather slowed the phone down, so I wait until a badass dev comes up with a better solution}
In the meantime, would you share your experience which setting gave a noticeable performance boost for your phone?

I use Loopy smoothness script and thunderbolt script(or V6 supercharger script) .These 2 scripts pretty much kills most of the lag.
Super , Thank's more going to come?
I flashed it, works perfectly, thank you! And now, I would have some questions:
- Could you include more options for remove other bloatware too, like flipboard for example?
- Is there a way to customise again without flashing again?
- Is return to stock theme the same as einstein.frat posted in his guide?
Thanks heaps:good:
Yeah sure i will add those options and some more on the next release .
Yes return to stock theme is same as the one einstein.frat posted in his guide and thanks for the feedbacks .

No need to select the setting you have already installed(Does not cause any issues if you select them again though, it just overwrites only the selected settings)

You probably don't have any control over this but, could you make the xperia perform better?

[ROM][22/11][All ROMs][S-Force][X-Reality][FidelityXAudio][64/1024x]Fidelity Z v6.0

As I already made 13 releases for Xperia P so the core itself is pretty much completed. My focus for this ROM will be the best ROM enhancement over stock ROM with new features from other models, best possible sound quality and optimal optimizations that keeps this phone last for a day. You could say this is the best Sony experiences for Xperia Z/Tablet Z with this ROM.
This ROM package works on both global's stock ROM, DoCoMo's stock ROM and CM ROM. For DoCoMo ROM, most of DoCoMo's added stuff removed and replaced phone features with global ones. You'll get pretty much like global ROM but with DoCoMo's SystemUI and Lockscreen.

Requirements: (Click on link below to get them)
1. Root - You probably don't really need this since this ROM itself also include stable and proper root package but most locked bootloader phones require root access to install recovery.
2. CWM/TWRP Recovery support - This is the real requirements. If you can access Recovery to flash this ROM, the rest should be working fine like root/busybox. Sadly you'll need either root or get custom kernel with recovery so you can forget root and be done with.
3. Unlocked bootloader (optional) - This isn't really needed at all but recommended for people who want more powerful kernel. You can also just flash custom kernel to get recovery and flash this ROM after re-stocking too.
Instructions
1. Make your way to access CWM/TWRP recovery.
2. Flash Extreme Fidelity ROM.
3. Clear dalvik cache (not cache).
4. Reboot and enjoy.
Screenshots:
None. This is stock ROM-like experiences so you won't see much of visual changes. You can see some of them from threads I included their work.

Notes: It seems init.d script for locked bootloader and current DooMKernel won't run scripts as root so some of important codes aren't working like switching to wheatley governor and setting minimum/maximum frequency to lowest possible during screen-off. I suggest using Script Manager to set those scripts running as su+boot manually for optimal performance with longest possible battery life.

Wait for the released FTF.
What I meant to ask is actually whether making full CWM package or patch CWM package requiring FTF flashing.

Make a full CWM package.
Full ZIP / FTF
Nice to see some new development, and nice to see a diffrent approach. Its getting boring with same firmware base for all roms.

As you would require to flash stock DoCoMo ROM for its kernel and others excluding baseband, I think I'll settle it with patch package to save trouble for downloading/uploading.
Updates. I'll be releasing full package instead as from the following reasons.
1. Root Toolkit no longer works with latest DoCoMo ROM build 343
2. Flashing DoCoMo ROM from Global ROM without wiping data causes a lot of problems and needs very tricking instructions to solve it.
3. I managed to come up with solution that doesn't require whole DoCoMo stock ROM for getting its kernel.
I'm waiting for PureXAudio updates at the moment so release will be in next few days.
Can you highlight the changes included with this new update?
It's still in development. Changes are here and there bouncing around. Now I changed plans again to patch package as it's kinda risky preventing data corruption from global base to DoCoMo ROM. I tested global 434 ROM with white balance and it seems my saved calibration keeps on after reboot so that's OK for me.
ROM is fnished. Too bad I already unlocked my bootloader and found something to be fixed after unlocking it. So if there's anybody using locked bootloader ones and want to give a try, please PM me.
ROM is released now, Flash it in recovery and get the best of Z!
Wow...

Thanks for the Rom. So this will look like a out of the box stock Z? With the Sony launcher and everything?

Locked and unlocked

-Initial release

I don't have locked bootloader anymore so I can't test but some ppl reported in v5 back then it worked after removing init.d scripts. Guess added xperia stuff in v6 broke it or something. It works for unlocked bootloader ROMs.

Great... But no word about it in your OP! Please, include this important information in title. It's easier than restore our tablets after installing your MOD!
Works well with unlocked bl on SGP321. It is not stock rom. Its cm based rom with xperia stuff preinstalled. Also it shows stock cm kernel. 3g works, I don't have Lte card so couldn't check it but probably also works. I don't know what means "for stock rom only" because after full wipe it's only a cm based xperia stuff. Even bootanimation is from cm... Maby I did something wrong, my previous rom was cm. Great build I think, but had no time to check everything. Sorry for my bad English.
