Try doing a nandroid restore. If it doesn't work or you don't have one, try these steps:
1) Do a nandroid backup
2) Wipe Data/Factory Reset
3) Wipe cache partition
4) Flash ROM Again.
5) Wipe Cache
6) Go to advanced, Wipe Dalvik Cache.
After that's done, Reboot System. If you want your data back. Go to CWM, Backup and Restore. Advanced Restore. Select your backup and click restore data. Reboot.
Click the thanks button if i helped you.

Bro, clearing dalvik cache by CWM doesn't affect any app. When you reboot the system, the phone rebuilds the required dalvik cache files. Your problem seems to be somewhat different...

Link2sd needs the dalvik cache to keep symbolic links of apps in the partition on boot. If you wipe dalvik, you mess up the structure and loose access to all apps on the partition.
Avoid wiping dalvik cache when using link2sd, unless you're changing roms (cuz you're wiping everything anyways).

Do you agree with this?
im running jellybeer and i want to change it to jellybam again.. is this best way to clean installation?
- WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
- WIPE CACHE PARTITION
- WIPE DALVIK CACHE
- FORMAT CACHE
- FORMAT SYSTEM
- FORMAT DATA
- FORMAT PRELOAD
- FORMAT EMMC
is it a nice way to install CLEAN?
or any of them should i wont CLEAN/FORMAT? WHICH ONE? )
Thanks in advance
Can't get better than that, but formatting emmc will wipe your internal memory card so backup anything you want from there.
Just wipe / factory reset and dalvik should be more than enough.

Reading this steps:
BEST WAY TO INSTALL THIS ROM:
- reboot into recovery
- format data, system, cache
- make a data factory reset
- wipe dalvyk cache
- install rom and enjoy ...
How can it be done on GT-I8190 ? Samung S3 Mini
And also, What does "full wipe" exactly mean?
All you can do in CWM. There are, besides other things, this options:
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache partition
- and in advanced->wipe dalvik cache
If you will select this 3 options your mobile will than like from factory
I only have "twrp"
Should I install "CWM" also?
