[Q] Find my phone service ?

Is there " find my phone service" like iPhone and samsung for htc one ? If not please recommend for me an application can do that

Can the camera led be on always while video recording and be used as a normal flashlight like on the other phones or it just shines for few secs when u take a picture?

Tnx so much i read it had pulsed led and i thought it can be used just when taking photos , but i was wrong Heck yea . I am planing to buy this phone over the Nexus 4.I Hope i wont regret.

Since I live in Canada and I'm sending it back to USA HTC, I'm just wondering if there would be any issues?
Especially it's a used phone with unlock SIM/HTCBootloader unlock/S-OFF
and the cost? if anyone had already experience of replacing camera lens, please help.
I'll for sure return all to 100% stock with the guide from nkk71, just wanted to get my questions answered first.

Try with metal polish and rubbing? Probably doesn't take it off completely but may smoothen it just enough. Just try it on back first to see how it works. If it's this chromelike coating on metal, and scratch is through it, only way to fix might be changing it

Note 4 fried motherboard

Any one know if a fried note 4 motherboard can be replaced? I'm talking a board that's had a pretty big hit slight burn marks in 4 places very small but burnt black all the same. I was going to try just replacing just the motherboard but I'm thinking will the other parts work ie camera etc...?

Replace the motherboard, the other components are probably still good but there's no guarantee.
