the battery cover does not include the NFC sensor, you will need to add one to it, to use the function.

I kind of like the android ones...pretty damn cool

it's a battery cover, not a case.

back from china.
my supplier says the white cases, are not available yet in china, and will contact me when they arrive, I have ordered 35 pieces, also I did notice today that china in shenzhen, they just got delivery of over 100 black nexus s, all the shops were testing the units before they start to sell them, they were all wrapped in bubble wrap, and all are to be sold without boxes, the shipment was from europe or the us, without the boxes, they skip paying tax, that what i've been told.

So where to buy the cover 'cause at the ebay thing at the other post is postet that the list is ended so i cannot buy it i think, I'm right?

since a few minutes ago, i had one, if i dont get a reply in 2 days time, I can sell it to you.
where i got it from china, i got the last 2, i havent seen anymore yet, they have the normal one at a slightly cheaper price.

If you can sell me one by any chance, please let me know. I know I am late so don't expect it but I'm eager in trying one out and reviewing it.

I ordered a Nexus 7 within minutes of it being available on the play store and the dispatch time was 2-3 weeks (which is fine).
I was just wondering if anyone who had ordered via the same means has had a unit dispatched yet.
I assume they have current stock and the 2-3 week lead time is to give themselves some breathing space...

Still says 2-3 weeks on the UK store, hopefully it wont be 4 weeks, I'm already getting impatient.

2 - 3 weeks in Australian play store. Wouldn't it be great if the US wasn't the first to get a newly released tablet and Australia/UK managed to get it first! Unfortunately that's often unheard of and I doubt will be the case here too. Either the same time as US or after.. never earlier. :/

Just ordered a 16GB model and iPad being collected on Thursday. Hopefully the N7 gets shipped sooner rather than later!

Mine still says 2-3 weeks here. I live in the USA. That's weird.
Mine moved from an outright payment on my card to a hold this morning though, I was excited. xD

Yea i think if you live in a country with access to Play store go with it ^_^ and if you live in a country where u cant get it from there you have to go with handtec or clove i think

Actually, considering the price that will be in Belgium, ordering from this website is not that expensive.
Luckly for me, a French friend will order it for me

I beleive this is targeted at people in European countries without the Playstore. Handtec arent new to gray imports, they sold me an Asian/Middle Eastern TyTN II about 4 years ago.

Yes, last week they told me they would start shipping the devices in the end of November.
EDIT: I just talked to them once again and this time they told me that the phone most likely will be available for purchase next week. I might actually order it there as it's the cheapest option I could find. (living an EU country with no Play store).
Another option would be to use Forward2me's personal shopper feature and get it shipped from there but it would cost the same as just ordering from Handtec (350 UK pounds)

You can't now. They closed pre-orders. Only problem I encountered was the fact that shipping address had to be the same as the address and information on the card. Make sure that fits and you'll be fine.

Fuuc, im getting crazy over here, they said 2 weeks ago that last week they would supposedly get a confirmation date from their supplier/LG.
But im waiting, and no date yet..
Starting to loose my mind.
Hopefully sooon. Or i might consider a suicide. Im joking.

I'm still waiting for my N4. I have a friend in Cambridge, UK, that bought one for me in the 5th of December... still no news from the Play Store
Meanwhile I'll have to keep using my Xperia Neo which has served me pretty well for the last year and a half. It deserves a nice and relaxed retirement into the hands of my wife, which undoubtly will use it only for a couple of phone calls every week.
So, how many Tugas have got one already?

That's gonna be a problem for us regarding warranties and RMA orders from google directly. We'll always have to send the devices to the UK and pay the shipping, which we know it's not exactly cheap.

SO that experiences of very new device can be shared with the person at places where it will still be not launched like India.

When can we expect the US release date to be officially announced? Everything that I've read has speculated 3/15, but I've yet to see anything that confirms it.

Already Pre ordered a contract one as well for my brother.

I went to several stores this weekend and asked when they were getting it.
T-MOBILE STORE - manager said sometime in the summer.
BEST BUY - said late April
@ the MALL - dude said he had a demo and played with it but couldn't show it and said it was out in 2 weeks.
These were all in California US.
