where to get original jelly bean launcher port from jellybean...flash through CWM...?any link guys...?

Android 4.4 Kitkat Design on Z1

Hey guys
want to ask how i can get the 4.4 Kitkat look onto my Z1.
I'm @ the moment on the iHackers v1.1 Rom and installed the
GoogleHome.apk
Velevet.apk
but the gmscore.apk i can't install :/
launcher is working so far, but i havn't got the 4.4 bar

I Was Gonna Download Cyanogenmod 11 On My Xperia ZR And I Download The Gapps For Cyanogenmod 11, But The Cyanogenmod didn't work.
when i open my phone my gmail, google search and hangouts keeps stopping
if you can show me a link to 10.5.A.0.230 Gapps

did you update your Gapps using playstore?
