This is what I find, not the same but very similar. You can try searching but I think you don't find them, maybe someone could help, good luck.

Is anyone with the i9305, who is running a 4.1.2 ROM, using a Galaxy S4 theme?
Seems like the existing themes are for i9300 and don't work or only partially work on the i9305.
If anyone is using one and it works well, can you let me know which theme(s) please?

Hello i used http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2212218 this S4 theme on my gt-i9305 with running XtremeRom. but yesterday i downloaded this theme to try with OmegaRomhttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2255137 . I hope this one works because it looks much better
