Wasn't sense 5.5 supposed to come with a 360 panorama mode and scribble?
I got the official ota today but I have neither of these features or were these just for the HTC one max.

I do not use stock android, but ARHD (which is very close to stock) has panorama 360 and scribble.
Mind if I ask what scribble is?

Yep, I also have not found Panorama 360 and Scribble. Unbranded UK HTC One here...

I'm pretty sure you have to use the stock launcher to have blinkfeed. I may be wrong though

Is there a way to increase the number of row in the homescreens? I can use only 4 and lot of space are left behind. As well the icons looks small for that big screen. The only way is to use a custom launcher but then the blinkfeed are lost

Revolution is more a stock based ROM that requires manual modifications.
ROMS like TrickDroid or ViperOne both have the ability to do both of what you are asking built into the ROM.
You can change the grid size, and also you could remove Sense and using another launcher while keeping full blink feed capability.

I have checked viper, it says based on build version 2.17, does it work if i have a build version of 2.24 hboot 1.54?

Does anyone know of a good app that will read out your text messages to you over Bluetooth while driving? The stock HTC sense app worked great but now that I converted to GE I don't know of any that work. Any ideas will be appreciated.

In the new 4.3 update for the GPE, does the camera record video in stereo?
Has there been any improvements to the image processing/quality in the 4.3 update?
I see tons of info on the 4.2 GPE, but not much about the camera since 4.3...
