How to put back Program Monitor Widget in ADW Launcher in Froyo

Guys, I cannot find and add the Program Monitor Widget in my SGS after i installed ADW launcher. Its on default screen on TW running JPK. Thanks

This is one of my main issues since I wanted to change launchers.
Can anyone help?

The Program Monitor Widget (Samsung Task Manager) is disabled by default for most add on Home Launchers. This is because they show up in the list of running programs. If you then end the Launcher you wont have access to any screens without a restart.
You can open Samsung Task Manager from the App Drawer.

I now understand why it is missing from the launchers.
Still, is there any other widget that can do the same? show the active apps?

Move stock widgets to ADW laucher directory?

Can we move stock widgets to a directory so they can be seen by ADW laucher? and if so where do we copy them to?

ADWlauncher should see any widgets that it can use.
Some of the stock widgets only work with touchwiz.

basically , so far i've noticed that u will only miss the s planner widgets (calendar , agenda , etc...) when u use another launcher.
also when u send an s memo as a "widget" , its defaulted into touchwiz , despite the fact that u can add a blank s memo widget on yr alternative laucnher.. hope someone finds a solution to this tiny issue..

[Q] How to use sony widgets after freezing stock xperia home?

I decided to use another launcher in place of the stock xperia one
so I also froze it with rom toolbox
In this case some of Sony provided widgets e.g. weather, disappear from the widgets menu or list in the app drawer
Is it possible to recover them and make them usable with other launchers somehow?

Not as far as I know. I can't use them on Apex Launcher or Nova either (even without disabling the sony launcher).

Some of them do work on nova
for instance the camera widgets and some from walkman
but not the music controls and others
kinda bummer....

Same here with Next Launcher, but better sacrifice some widget than use the stock launcher which is very ugly.

There is a sony walkman widget in the playstore that I use with nova, it's not quite as pretty but gets the job done.

I haven't found one for the weather which I like but HD widgets is just as nice

[Q] HD Widgets & Lockscreen

Has anybody been able to get HD Widgets to work with the HTC's launcher's lockscreen? I have all the widget sizes enabled in HD Widgets' settings, and I am able to add widgets to the launcher pages, but whenever I go to add a lockscreen widget, it lists things like Calculator and even other downloaded apps' widgets (Fitbit, JuiceSSH, Groupon, etc.) But, nowhere in the list are any of HD Widgets' widgets.
I suspect this is a bug in HD Widgets, but I figured I'd ask if anybody else had the issue or knew of a fix for it.

Question Widgets

I've downloaded my usual calendar widget from Google Play, but can't find any way to install it. Any hints please?

Long press on your home screen and you will see the option to add Vivo "kits" - there version of widgets for their own default apps. When you see the kits keep scrolling through the list of them until you come to the bottom and you will then see the option to view widgets from third party apps.
