Anyone know of a way to have night mode on cm9 with an app or something?

Ya, like dimming of the screen below the lowest brightness level or using alternative colors so the screen doesn't disrupt the part of the brain responsible for sleeping.

Tips and tricks for the OB

Hey,
I just got my OB about 4-5 months back and have been mucking around with CM 7 and the Unofficial CM 9 since and actually don't know any tips or tricks about the OB in general. Does anyone have anything that they would like to share with me [apart from the repeated tapping on the android version (under settings about phone) to get the picture of your current version you are running]?

Usage fone call xda in wifi text no music n brightness at minimum dats it no widgets in hs n auto sync off dats it so it last upto 2days

Overclock kernel for android 4.3

Is there on works or already done an overclocked kernel for android 4.3 ?

The reason I ask is because any of the kernels I have tried with 4.3 are making my phone to be stuck on boot.

Use the Aug 31st version of Arrrghhh's kernel it works great and is over clocked . I had to flash the performance mod to be able to send texts

Pure Performance is not my Iike. Thanks though. I have tried it and I opted not to mess with scripts and just mess with kernel options and one or another build.prop edit and I have seen better results

If you are into scripts etc you better try the Android forum for Developers section. You will find there a whole entire world about improving your device

Browser Homepage Issues

I'm on CM 10.1 RC2 & every time I open my browser, it goes to "goolgle.com" but, I got the homepage set for "https://www.Google.com". Any solutions?

I have the xda module app on my Atrix HD and since I flashed to cm 10.2 none of the pictures show up in the threads. Anyone know how to fix this?
