[Q] N900AUCUBMJ5 Odin files - AT&T Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Been Looking for these since softbricking after the OTA update.
I recovered to quasi-usable with the MI9 PIT. However my PDA and CSC are now stuck at MI9.
Can't roll back to MI9 via oneclick, so I'm hoping someone has them and would like to share. Because they're obviously intrinsically awesome.
Looking for:
N900AUCUBMJ5 Firmwares.
All would be nice but I'm specifically interested in:
CSC
PDA
PIT
Thanks

I'm in the same boat. Is there anybody out there with a rooted updated(MJ5) ATT N3 that could try the method in this link and upload the files? Please?

If you would look in the general section instead of bringing a long dead thread back, that'd be great.

Help anybody
Trying to flash a knoxraid using its meathods i wiped my system in SS recovery and wasnt suposed to reboot , so i lost SS recovery and my system and haven't found a solution that dont failed and i have a note 3 laying around i cant use and i dont know what to do ...

SS is still there. You need to flash the 'togetsafestrap' files in Odin to be able to boot it.
However, you are at the point of needing to flash the MLG AP, BL, and CP files in Odin to get the ROM to boot.

Also, this thread is long dead as I stated before. If you need to recover back to MJ5, you will find a tutorial in the QA section. You should be fine with just flashing the files I stated though.

Hey guys, do not flash the OTA update manually with CWM, it bricked my tab an will most likely brick yours too.
Make sure your tab is stock 3.0.1 and wait patiently.

I'm not sure what I must do to go back to stock rom and recovery so I can receive OTA, do you have any link you can point me to?
Is this what I should do:

Tbh it's not such a crazy thing to think that the OTA was ok to flash with CWM.on the galaxy nexus that was fine to do.
But I learned my lesson and I'm starting to understand the reasons why

Just wondering if anyone has had any success in unbricking their tab yet. I was reading through old forum posts and there was a thread where fricorico had flashed a transformer rom and couldn't load fastboot or download mode. He said that he managed to get his tab into apx mode and could then eventually get the tab back up and running.
I can't post a link because I'm on the xda app but our forum isn't too big to find it and try. Also, not sure what or how to get into apx mode though so this post may be literally useless to most people. But maybe someone knowledgeable will remember something as a result.

I've brought mine to repair already. Nvflash doesn't work because our chip is locked with a special key. I've looked up a lot of things already when isi's tab bricked.

Waiting for the damn thing to discharge fully to see if I can get out of the APX loop..
It's been 3 days and the bloody thing is still recognised by the PC...
It's definetly possible to fix it!
I had this problem when I've flashed 10.1 rom on 10.1v.

i537 ODIN file from SamMobile

I know there is a 99% chance it will fail but I saw that they had a Mexican ODIN file I537UBUAMG2_I537TCEAMG2_TCE.zip found http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/?model=SGH-I537&pcode=0 has anyone tried it? Like I said it will fail but my curiosity is getting the best of me. it is 1.5 G so it will be a while before it downloads.

I finally got it downloaded today, but haven't tried it yet. Need to make a backup with Titanium... then maybe I'll give it a try later on this weekend... when i get brave enough! What's the worst that could happen... have to reflash with MF1?!!
Pretty much yes. I don't think it will hard brick it

Well, I tried but I am getting a write authorization failed. I tried Odin 3.07 and 3.09 in the PDA section
I found some more i537 firmwares and was just wondering if anybody is brave enough to try it out. Odds are that it will fail just like the Mexican version, but it's worth a shot.

Hi, I have the version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active SGH-I537 AT & T, whit ROM MH3, I can install the ROM SGH-I537 of Telcel Mexico MH2 with Odin?
There is some danger of brick?
Thanks for the help and opinions

Only reason is that mi9 is a lot easier to since it has a Odin package as mj5 does not have a Odin package

When I tried using saferoot on my sm-g730v, it told me the model was not supported. What choice did you make at the screen for selecting your phone model?

I downloaded and ran kingo, which is the app your link leads to, on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini sm-g730v 4.2.2 and it failed repeatedly
. If you could let me know how you got this app to work, i would appreciate it. I also tried saferoot, downloaded from above link and it said device not supported. Kingo has been described as malware in these forums and the links to download it removed. So why are you listing it as a valid app?
Guys,
This app worked for me :

Could you work on the dump a bit and see if it's possible to convert this process to G730A.

Has anyone figured out how to unlock download mode so we can flash custom recoveries and roms?
Try using kingroot then use supersu me to get SuperSu.

SG i9305 Towelroot problem

Hi! I've just tried towelroot and it shoved in my face that my phone is not supported. I have tried the different modstrings and my kernel date is 28.11.2013 (should be supported). Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!

Use odin to root your i9305. check the odin guide below in my signature and follow the steps to root your device, very easy
Thank you! I was thinking about Odin but yet again I was curious why the towelroot was not working uder those conditions. But I guess root is root no matter how you get it

Somehow the new towelroot is not compatible with the i9305. knowing this because it happened to me too . until i decided to try the version 1 and version 2 . and version 2 worked for me. Now i don't see any difference whether you root with odin or with towelroot. Unless you don't want your knox warranty void.. that's the only difference. if you did upgraded to 4.3 and you rooted your device with a different method other than towelroot, it will void your knox warranty.
