I take no credits for this as it's not my work.
I take no responsibility for any damage caused to your device.
No gapps needed, it's stock Kitkat.
It doesn't consist of latest Google Experience Launcher, as only N5 has it by default. Anyways you can install it yourself. (I use Nova Beta)
Flashing stock image will wipe EVERYTHING including storage
Flashable zip is made by @Imperticus so go to his post and click "THANKS" button as the guy deserves it

ART working?
Thanks, but i want to ask before apply the update. I'm now in Nexus 5 Kitkat port ROM (Unlocked bootloader and Rooted).
If i flash this, does the "wipe all data" means just like ordinary factory reset (like just wipe app data only)?
or does it means that it wipe all my stuffs in storage (like photos, .obb game data, titanium backup data, whatsapp message backup)?
please tell me which one will happen if i click flash-all.bat.
Thanks...

Before you begin:
Please make sure Fastboot is configured and properly installed on your computer.
How to flash a factory image:
Download Android 4.4 Factory Image (occam-krt16o-factory-75ccae7a.tgz) for the Nexus 4 on your PC, if you haven’t already.
Connect your Nexus 4 to your computer using the USB cable.
Reboot into the Fastboot/Bootloader Mode by using the key combo.
Vol Down + Power
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Navigate to where Fastboot is located and extract the files there.
From the factory image files in your Fastboot directory that you just extracted; locate a file called "flash-all.bat" and run it.
Edit the flash-all.bat file and remove the wipe command (-w) if you do not want it to wipe your device. (thx kzoodroid)
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Now wait and watch as the process is completed.
Done
Additional Things:
You will need to flash your recovery (TWRP or CWM) if you want it back. The factory image returns your device to the stock recovery.
Reboot into bootloader and run the following in CMD - "fastboot flash recovery nameofrecovery.img"
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
If you want root, flash SuperSU.

How and the hell do you have a locked bootloader with a custom recovery being rooted??
I remember there was a way to install the factory image without deleting the data. i.e: on a complete stock phone
I just can't remember how I did it last time when 4.3 images were released.
Any help on this would be highly appreciated. (I have checked few threads, and they all talk about the process deleting all the data)
So who is going to package up the binaries for us?

Use BootUnlocker for Nexus and unlock your phone. If in the past you already unlocked it, it will not wipe you data, but for be sure just do a full backup before unlocking... or take the risk.
Yay Nexus 4 done. No issues
This will most likely break my LTE. Gonna try to flash the hybrid radios after installing this and see if I can get LTE on Kit Kat. Will report back with findings

I have an unlocked bootloader, with stock recovery and rom. Waiting for the OTA
My point is it's not possible to have a LOCKED bootloader and also be rooted with a custom recovery.
I think you miss worded your question.

As most of you already know, the Andoid 4.3 for the Xperia TX has been leaked/ported thanks to EXR Team.
In this version i used a kernel with integrated the CWM and i deoxeded the ROM.
Neither i nor the apps/mods developers are responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
global economic crisis, James Bond destroyed Aston Martin DB5 or M's death.
YOU choose to make these modifications. Follow carefully the instructions you will have no problem at all.

don't reboot after flashing the rom but flash SU update immediately, then reboot.

Choose "no". You would lose CWM if you chose "yes".
I'm getting the same thing in Album as well. Although clearing data/cache and force stopping Album.apk helped but error re-occurs again. Temp workaround for my end is using Quickpix.

Requirements:
Flashtool 0.9.13 by @Androxyde
XZDualRecovery 2.7.76 BETA or newer.
Current rooted FW version: 10.4.B.0.569, Maybe others too, let me know!.
Special features:
SuperSU integrated in system, FULL ROOT!
XZDualRecovery 2.7.86 BETA (CWM & PhilZ Touch & TWRP) pre-installed;
init.d support (read how to enable)
For both locked and unlocked bootloaders!
In the following guide I suggest you use an external SDCard but that's just good practice, you can use your internal storage or even an USB OTG storage device in TWRP if you like to install, that's no problem!... If you are modding and the likes, best is to have an external sdcard, just for safeties sake.
If you are unable to download torrent files directly, have http://zbigz.com/ do it for you!
How to update to 10.4.1.B.0.101:
Files:
For C6603: Download C6603_10.4.1.B.0.101.flashable.zip (Bittorrent: 802MB) and C6603_10.4.1.B.0.101_Stripped.ftf (17MB)
Save them somewhere you remember;
Put 'C66XX_10.4.1.B.0.101.flashable.zip' on (the external) SDcard1;
Put 'C66XX_10.4.1.B.0.101_Stripped.ftf' inside the Flashtool/firmwares folder;
Create a backup of your phone in TWRP and don't forget to backup the contents of 'SDCard' (the internal storage!);
Flash 'C66XX_10.4.1.B.0.101.flashable.zip' in TWRP;
NOTE: do not reboot but go back to the main menu, then go to reboot->power off;
Flash everything in 'C66XX_10.4.1.B.0.101_Stripped.ftf' using flashtool;
Reboot to system.
The first boot will be slow and after some time at the boot animation you will see Android start optimizing the apps on your phone.
Enjoy! :laugh:
Known XZDualRecovery Issues:
Busybox Updater/Installer: If you have XZDualRecovery installed, un-install any Busybox updating app/tool as most if not all of them will install a version of busybox which does not support the lzma compression applets XZDualRecovery depends on. The version installed together with XZDualRecovery is very stable and I have yet to hear anyone complain about it's stability.
How to report errors:
Please, before shouting out "It doesn't work!!1!" or "I lost root!" or even "My phone reboots when remounting /system RW!!" try the following:
Restore any JB 4.2.2 FTF using any means you are familiar with so you can try again.
Root it using any means you are familiar with.
Install XZDualRecovery;
Update to 10.4.B.0.569;
Then try to update again using TWRP.
If it still fails something from there on: LOGS!!.
NOTE: The important ones can be found in /cache/recovery and in /sdcard1/XZDualRecovery, pack them up and send them to me or attach them to your bug report.
Thank you
Tips and Tricks
Easy switching between locked and unlocked bootloader states!
NOTE: USE TWRP ONLY for this guide.
NOTE 2: You NEED to have XZDualRecovery 2.7.43 or higher to make this work.
Create a backup, including the Trim Area (TA!)
Unlock your bootloader
Restore backup without TA
Create a new backup of your UNLOCKED TA
Restore the previous TA backup to relock your phone.
Done :good:
Now you can switch between locked and unlocked bootloaders quick and painless: no more system wipes and you can basically do whatever you want
How to enable init.d support:
Open a filemanager app and navigate to the location where the XZDualRecovery folder is located and go in to it. Open XZDR.prop as a text file and set dr.initd.active to true.
NOTE: For this guide ROM it means the init.d script called 99SuperSUDaemon will kick in to action, so it's best to disable (by setting chmod 644) /system/etc/install-recovery.sh for the time being or to clear it's contents.
Done
And this one too... just to be sure.

these apps were DEODEXED & Zipaligned
Deodex
Deodexing is basically repackaging of these APKs in a certain way, such that they are reassembled into classes.dex files. By doing that, all pieces of an application package are put together back in one place, thus eliminating the worry of a modified APK conflicting with some separate odexed parts.
In summary, Deodexed ROMs (or APKs) have all their application packages put back together in one place, allowing for easy modification such as theming. Since no pieces of code are coming from any external location, custom ROMs or APKs are always deodexed to ensure integrity.
Zipalign
zipalign is an archive alignment tool introduced first time with 1.6 Android SDK (software development kit). It optimizes the way an Android application package (APK) is packaged. Doing so enables the Android operating system to interact with the application more efficiently, and hence has the potential to make the application and overall the whole system much faster. Execution time is minimized for zipaligned applications, resulting is lesser amount of RAM consumption when running the APK

Tried this out but the ROM file wouldn't copy across to the internal drive when it got to a couple of the files it cancelled. Happened twice. I still tried to install but TWRP couldn't find the folder. Which folder should the ROM file go?
Also what is the significance of putting the numbered new folder in TWRP, i couldn't see that as necessary.
TWRP (Folder) -> BACKUPS (Folder) and unzip the rom

Kitkat!
The ROM runs great, but it seems that by default, the backup overwrites the EFS partition. I flashed 3 tablets and then they all had the same MAC address! Not good.
Restored the EFS from backup on each and now they have working Wi-Fi again.
Congrats bro on your ROM
Welcome to the tab 3 family

WHen you open the zip, just delete all EFS files. that'll keep the mac and wi fi from breaking.

I made my backup and I moved it to the folder 5200ac405cf5a000 still does not appear anything when I give it to restore I do not see the ROM.
If I give to install if the ROM appears but it gives failure if I give to install it.
