Ok I tried everything I possibly could before posting for help. I installed SD v11.2 Ultimate and after installing I rebooted and my HTC One went into bootloader and its stuck there. I cant even get into recovery when I try it just goes back into bootloader. The only thing I have acces to is fastboot. ADB does not even work. I have tried factory reset and it does not work. I have tried reinstalling my recovery but I cant get past (remote access not allwed). Any time I use fast boot I get the remote access not allowed error, and every time I use the fastboot oem flash I get a (remote 32 header error).
I tired to flash a Sprint RUU and I get a Failed (remote:32 Header error). I have tried everything possible and nothing. Please help.
One thing I did notice on getvar all,is (version baseband is N/A)
My HTC One is
S-OFF
Super Cid
Rooted
Hmmm. So I saw that the ROM has Sprint support so my assumption is that while flashing it you chose the wrong phone model, not Sprint. This causes the partitions to go corrupt. You must use a RUU, follow this guide follow this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2460013 BUT instead of flashing the ruu posted there you need the latest ruu (cause you are on 4.3) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2508907
And BTW you should definitely get your CID back, it would have saved your ass from flashing the wrong model. SuperCID is used only in GSM variants to get faster updated, in our case it's useless

Thanks for all your help elvisypi, I tried the above and nothing works. I cant seem to get my phone bootloader unlocked again, when I try I cant get passed remote access not allowed. I tried to flash OEM the RUU you tole me and I still get the remote 32 header error.
Is there a way to completly wipe out the phone and reinstall fresh?

You clearly didn't read the thread. It doesn't state anywhere "unlock bootloader".
I'll quote it for you
Go to fastboot
adb shell
echo "1.29.651.10" | dd of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p19 bs=1 seek=160
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot oem lock
You'll get an error. It's normal
Finally type exit
Than you can flash the ruu http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2508907
Do exactly as I tell you.

Than you have problems with your drivers or ADB folders.
First uninstall all the HTC drivers you have installed on your PC. Than install the "Naked driver" from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2263822

I have a bricked HTC One. The phone boots into TWRP and boot loader. It appears to be flashed with 1.31.651.2 It has no OS installed.
From what I've read because there is no RUU setup.exe for this rom I am stuck at this rom. I cannot load any other roms from the sideload because they all fail verification. I have tried the .zip files of this update but each time it fails because its not encrypted.
If someone could please point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
Thanks

Odd, I had this same thing happen to me last night. My PC wouldn't recognize the phone in BL or TWRP so I was kinda freaking out. I put it aside and tried it on a different computer today and it was able to see it in both. I was able to sideload a ROM and all is well now. If you haven't tried a different computer, maybe a reboot of the PC would help.

Are you S-OFF? I thought the RUU would work with S-OFF devices even if the firmwares didn't match up. I could be wrong on this as I was doing a little bit of panic-searching last night.

I was able to flash Sprint_HTC_One_m7wls_1.29.651.7_encrypted_ROM.zip
I get the OS to load, but it reboots after being into the OS with no data / service.
So trying to get past that. I was able to do adb sideload from within recovery once I got the device to detect using different drivers.
What I meant did you try to install a non Sprint rom anytime in the past?

No clue... I got this phone as is ... it is all very well possible that the wrong rom was flashed. I am able to flash roms now, just the radio isnt working and the phone randomly reboots. I can't flash back using the RUU because its on 1.31.651.2
I got the phone yesterday and I'm trying to figure out how to repair / get working again as I bought it knowing it had issues.

Same thing happened to me. PLS HELP
My phone is bricked and is stuck in a bootloop. When trying to unroot my device to get the new 4.3 update on my Sprint HTC One something went bad. I went to the twrp recovery and I accidentally swiped the system data. I’ve tried running the Sprint_HTC_One_m7wls_1.29.651.7_RUU but I get
Error: 140-------- S-ON is the problem is my guess
I also tried adb sideload, but whenever I try that the sideload gets stuck on 1%
Then tried flashing a stock ROM using USB-OTG in TWRP Sprint_HTC_One_1.31.651.2_Stock, it’ll come up with an unable to mount error. But I reformatted my flashdrive and it was able to actually flash the ROM, but the ROM just goes into a bootloop again.
Anything would be much obliged!!!!
I got mine fixed!!!

For me, it wouldn't find my device either for step 3"adb reboot bootloader", so I just rebooted through Twrp on phone. I'll explain my process a bit more below.

When you restart your phone, like you would regularly, when it goes to a black screen you can use the top notification pull down thing to get into settings where you might me able to change the debugging.

I did a **** load of stuff to try to fix it, even let my roommate go at it for a day. Numerous things were done beforehand but I would often get the same error. The thing that did the trick was following Indirect's forum.
I had my phone unlocked, went in to recovery, the first two adb commands did some stuff. The third command I received an error however recognizing the command, I just rebooted the phone through the TWRP menu. I then went into fastboot where I relocked the phone. After locking the phone I ran Sprint_HTC_One_m7wls_1.29.651.7_RUU and my phone was fixed. Hopes this helps

are you flashing a rom.zip in fastboot RUU mode (fastboot oem rebootRUU) ? if so it's normal for the green bar to stop just short, and the command window should say flash completed.
just type fastboot reboot-bootloader and then fastboot erase cache
followed by fastboot reboot your phone will take about 3-5 min to boot up the first time
to fix the relocked just unlock again with the .bin file you got the first time you unlocked
you'll also need to reflash a custom recovery and root if you so desire

I really don't know how to say it any better
go back to htc-dev and unlock your bootloader - http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader/
re-flash TWRP recovery - fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img
and re-flash a rom (if you don't have a rom on your sdcard you'll need to push or sideload a rom to your phones SDcard
the command is adb push name of rom.zip /data/media/0 change the name of coarse
here is the Nandroid Backup CID BM 001 3.23.666.1 for your phone
http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/m7-twrp-nandroid-backup-cid-bm___001-3-23-666-1-zip/
You will extract the Backup to your fastboot folder (make a folder called backup in fastboot) and then push it to your phone while it's booted to Recovery
adb push backup /data/media/0/TWRP/BACKUPS/Your phones Serial number/backup
you get your phones serial number by typing adb devices
C:\fastboot>adb devices

first of all you must be on android version 4.1.2 you are on 4.4.2 and you also must downgrade your hboot version to 1.44 for sim unlock to work... i also had the same problem i was on 4.3 and hboot 1.55 i downgraded it to 4.1.2 and sim unlocked the phone... to downgrade try this RUU http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=22926241640219526
Download the zip, place it in the folder where your ADB and fastboot is. Once you have it downloaded and in your ADB/fastboot folder,
From fastboot you need to first re-lock your bootloader
fastboot oem lock
Once locked it will boot back into bootloader
fastboot oem rebootRUU
Now your booted to the black HTC screen. Make sure your Rom.zip file is in your adb/fastboot folder
fastboot flash zip Rom.zip
This takes a couple minutes and you will most likely get a error
(pre-hboot update: please flush immediately)
Make sure device is still in ruu mode(black HTC screen). If not rerun
fastboot oem rebootRUU
now simply reflash the rom.zip
fastboot flash zip Rom.zip
Let it run and it should finish this time
It will reboot to a fully stock build.
just remember, anytime you get a "flush immediately" error, just make sure your still in ruu mode and reflash the zip.
The most common error is typically
(Error 155)
You did not re lock your bootloader first
-go relock and flash again:good:

After waiting 15 mins this came up but hboot is still at 1.56 it did not downgrade im going to retry the process again
Need Help!
Hey guys i'm getting an active cmdline over flow on my Sprint Htc One that i sim unlocked to use on a GSM network. Sadly along with that i'm constantly dropping and reconnecting to the network.
It appears that my mmcblk0p19 seems to be corrupted.
So my question is can anyone who has a Sprint Htc One PN072 pull the misc partition from their phone and upload it so that i may compare and fix mine?
in custom recovery, do the following adb commands:
adb shell dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p19 of=/tmp/mmcblk0p19_bak.img
adb pull /tmp/mmcblk0p19_bak.img
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated

huh.. finally u did it... congratulations.. but the network problem seems to exist in all the phones i presume... even tough the network tower is near my home i only get 3-4 bars max...
Does that above also apply to me??
My bootloader is unlocked with H-Boot 1.56, I'm S-off, rooted and TWRP recovery. I'm on the 6th rom I've flashed (Tried CM 11 Nightly, CM 10 Snapshot, Stock Deodexed rooted 4.1.2, 4.4.2, MIUI, Viper Rom) and I've been working on this device for about 48 hours non-stop. I am NEED of assistance if ANYONE can offer it.
Does this sim unlock also work for phones that are currently registered on Sprints network? Like the account is still active? I've got a Sprint HTC one I've performed the Sim Unlock attempting to use my T-Mobile sim, but it says will "Emergency Calls Only." And "Searching for network/No Service" I've got a red X where the signal bars are. Of course No text, no voice and no data. I've gone into the *#*#4636#*#* service menu and changed the settings to WCDMA, but NO dice. Yes, I went to mobile settings, searched for service and nothing appears, just a blank screen! The phone does recognize my Sim card and even shows my cell number and IMEI, UICC as well. I've even attempted to change RUIM settings in DFSCDMA Tool. I have changed the radio around about 5 different times with NO fix. I have searched high and low on these forums and haven't found anyone that can help me.
So I was messing around with ROMs for my HTC one and I have destroyed my phone ;(
I think I forgot to update firmware before installing a new ROM and now I can't get past the fastboot page. It doesn't power on, it goes directly to the fastboot page, and no matter what button I push, it vibrates, shows the "HTC Screen " for about 2 seconds, then re-directs straight back to the fastboot page, I can't even get in to the recovery, any suggestions?

What OS do you have on your pc. If Windows, what is the phone listed as in device manager. It should be "MY HTC" If its Unknown you need to fix your drivers.
Maybe its a problem with adb itself, What exactly is the problem. Any error messages?

got adb to work
Download the correct ruu for your device, check that the mid's and Cid's match.
There's a lot of guides that tell you how to flash ruu's

Ok so your device is Sprint. Since its been some time like this it could be difficult to figure out exactly what went wrong so it is best to start by returning the device to stock with and ruu. You should be able to use this one
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23329332407573774
Download and unzip it you should get a windows .exe file.
Reboot your device to the bootloader and connect your usb cable. The phone should be in fastboot usb mode. In the command window type
Code:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot oem lock
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Wait for it to reboot and go back to fastboot usb then run the ARU.exe. It will return your device to stock.
If you get problems running the ruu let me know. It may be necessary to flash a firmware package to get it to run, but we'll cross that bridge if we come to it :good:
First of all, thank you so much for all your help on this, means a lot.
Now, I did the fastboot commands, but the ruu program freezes whenever I run it after it starts sending the updates

Do you have HTCSync installed. If so uninstall it but leave drivers installed. Reboot and run the RUU again
Nope, no HTCSync installed
also, fastboot works but adb doesn't which is weird

It depends how your using adb. Fastboot works only in the bootloader.
Adb works only in recovery mode.
As I suspected you'll need to flash the firmware before the ruu will run. Give me a moment link and instructions to follow . If the bootloader is still relocked leave it that way. It needs to be relocked to flash the firmware also.
Edit:-
Download this firmware zip and put it in your fastboot folder. Rename it "firmware.zip"
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23329332407573774
Reboot the phone into the bootloader and connect fastbootusb. In the fastboot command line type.
Code:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot oem rebootRUU
**---case sensitive ---^^^
Your phone will reboot to a black screen with silver HTC logo. This is ruu mode we can now flash the firmware.
Code:
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
The first flash is just a pre-update. The screen will go off and then return to ruu mode. Flash the zip again immediately.
Code:
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
The second flash will flash the firmware, the progress bar on the screen will not reach 100% this is normal as long as the command line has finished it's output it's done.
Code:
fastboot reboot-bootloader
with the phone still in the bootloader connected with fastboot usb run the RUU exe on your pc.
After that your software will be completely stock. You should also be able to update with OTA updates Let me know how that goes :good:
dont think that's the right link, thats the link to the RUU

I can't seem to get my UK Sim card to work in the phone while it's stock, is there a ROM you would recommend flashing to fix that?

Sorry I'm not sure how to make that work, I have no first hand experiance with Sprint devices. I know there designed to use a CDMA network. And that they can be used on a GSM Network but I've no idea how to get that to work.
Hopefully someone will come along who does. Maybe @clsA @alray or @nkk71 can help with that?

Not sure about this either, but you should check the Sprint section(s) http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-htc-one
(probably in the General section)
