you're using a wrong kernel version(s). you're using probably kernel for 4.3 roms, while most new roms are on 4.3.1.

ramdisk are changed, hence 4.3 ramdisks from 4.3 kernels dont work properly on 4.3.1, you get the error described in OP. inform yourself before you speak, please.

If so, what about not flashing any custom kernel for the time being. Do a full wipe including /system and flash a rom. But don't flash a custom kernel back to back. Wait and see whether it solves your problem.

Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache, flash rom, flash kernel, flash gapps. Use the any kernel or the kernels from the repacks by me, try fixing permissions as well before you reboot, or it may even be a rom problem, use an official Rom and make sure the version is actually 4.3.1 and not 4.3 or 4.2.2 or MiUi as I think that uses it's own kernel all together, if the problem persists, use stock and stock.

Stock and Stock, can't express this enough, if you can't get it right, then stay with stock!

Flash just the Rom and not gapps, flash and let the phone boot up and when it's finished booting, reboot back to recovery and flash gapps, again let it fully start, then go back and wipe caches and flash an any kernel or one of my repacks and fix permissions and try again, if that fails, update the rom zip your using or revert to stock stock stock.

its not that im not capable of flashing a custom rom/kernel
i did it on al my phones
but now i get the problem with every rom and kernel
is there any thread with download links and tutorial to flash back to the stock rom and kernel?

Use MiniCM7 and nAa-13 kernel..
try to flash it agein..
root phone
unlock bootloader
flash kernel
backup
factory reset , etc
flash ROM..
or
upgrade to ICS dude!
Try a hard restart. If that don't help wipe system, cache and dalvik. If that don't help do what BlackRabbit said.
im on stock kernel and rom and lock bootloader
sorry for asking but i cant seem to find answer if i can change my stock kernel to one of the stock kernel offering of other dev and change my rom to custom rom
sorry for asking noob question but i dont want to post seperate post outside so im asking here thanks
Sure you can, just read the how-to's,
since you are on XDA for almost 5 months now you know where and how to find it I guess

Symbiosis Kernel!

I wan't to flash the symbiosis kernel because I heard that it is very fast and has good battery life. And there is Gueste OC witch lets you to overclock the phone. My question is......can I add profiles? like in setcpu?
yes u can of course..

Erm, no. Not profiles per se, but it does have one max mhz setting for when the screen is on, and another mhz-setting for when screen is off.

You can always go back to you original kernel by just reflashing the ROM again. Just reflash the ROM without wiping anything.
Also before flashing the kernel it is better if you wipe the Cache Partition & Dalvik Cache.
I have atomicmod rom installed, which is very good.
Because i wanted to experiment with cpu speed and undervolting i found this thread and installed symbiosis kernel.
It worked fine, only after a few hours i discovered that suddenly my sd card was not visable.
Weirdest thing, when i take out the sd card the message pops up that it is missing, when i push it back in, nothing happens.
Without sd card no way to flash a rom anymore, so what now??
I'll try to reboot all the time but no luck so far.
Anyone else have problems with sd card after installing symbiosis kernel?
edit: problem solved.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Atomicmod based on stock GB?
If so, you shouldn't have flashed Symbiosis, as it's only for CM7 based roms.
Try booting into recovery and reflashing Atomicmod or a custom kernel for stock based roms.

[Q] Recommended ROM?

Which ROM would you guys recommend, which would solve the phone restarting issue I have with the S5830i?
It may possibly be a Rafael kernel issue as people have experienced this on various ROMs including stock. I'd recommend upgrading to the latest kernel and trying out stock or stock deodexed ROM to see if that fixes it because obviously stock ROM is the most stable.

I forgot to say its full reboots when dialing or during calls that is the suspected Rafael kernel issue so if it doesn't fit that description maybe its not the same problem.

Those roms are based on jellybean leaks that have that bug. Use official roms instead.

Please advise
go to Philz settings in recovery and choose "clean before new rom install".. then flash the rom again..

I never tried multi boot as I don't see any advantages but you should read through the whole thread not just the tut in the beginning.

multi boot on a phone -_- its not like u gonna install windows ?
whats the point of multi boot on an android phone ? its an open source os and u can do anything with a little knowledge. u will boot to another rom to use hardware keys on screen ? halo ? tablet dpi ? and then u will reboot to the other rom to just use it with less features ? is that useless or not ? u can do anything to any rom. Also u can install probam thats 3 roms in one. the idea of dual boot is totally useless and u will hardly find someone to help.
Dual boot is most useful test flash many ROMs. Primary ROM (stable) + Secondary (Test all ROMs out there) = :victory:

pfff relax ... even if a rom is not stable , the worst case scenario is a double battery drain and a few homescreen 1sec crashes. nobody will make a public rom that will do some serious damage.
