Tested it... recovery works fine... the bottom bar with soft keys needs to be in correc position... also the soft bar at thr bottim dont work... everything else is working fine... more functionalities added which is good.. :good:

actually i made it long time ago and i asked philz to make it for grand but he did not responded so i didnt publish it...

This is way better. Advanced backup is awesome. GUI theming .... the aroma file manager is not functioning but doesnt matter because i have a cwm zip of AFM. And about the touch keys on screen .. who cares if its not working !!!

Guys please install this recovery and check every option,, backup restore,, Philz Settings etc,,, i pmed Phil and he said that when we got bug fixed he will add grand to supported devices...

i cant say about aokp because i did not used aokp once,,, i made it with "ser" firmware recovery.img ,, i think its 4.2 recovery image thats why its not working with aokp,, some please verify that its not working with aokp ,,if it got confirmed that its not working with aokp than i will do somthing...

it is ramdisk issue i think...u can't use 4.2.2 recovery for general use if u want to use aokp ,cm,slim or pa or any other 4.1.2.
i have my version of cwm on ser 4.2.2 but it can be used only with official or leaked 4.2.2 roms and not with general 4.1.2 or aokp /cm.
that is a sole reason i avoided it .

1.Reboot your device into recovery..
2.Do an android backup.
3.WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition)
4.Choose Install zip from sdcard and Select the zip from External sdcard..
First Boot after flashing takes some time, don't panic.. It will work..

I made some changes in updater-script file to make it compatible..
So there is no loss in features or anything , right?
Everything is exactly like it is in jenkins build?
Please also include a link to the jenkins build you are using as base (useful info)

I am not building it from source bro.. So we have to wait for an updated build with camera working from jenkins.. If they make it, I will test it and upload modded rom..

Guys if you want updater-script pm me i can provide it through pm..
But instead of downloading rom from jenkins and changing updater-script, users can download my modded rom and flash it.. This can even help new users if they don't know how to do things.

can thew signal icon be removed for the sim card as the sm-t210 has no sim card and its anoying seeing the circle with the cross.

Ok use this link. Use root browser to paste it in the system/priv-app overwrite the original then change the permissions to match the rest of the apps and reboot

Ok well its stock but i add my own touch to it to make it faster and smoother im still trying to figure out why when rebooting there is a major lag untell powered off dont understand that the new v3 im uploading is only 400 mb

Hi im sorry first what recovery were u running im running philz touch and didnt seem to have that problem after u said i went back through qnd flashed again still no problem im sorry if i couldnt help Il see if i can get twrp running on this and see if its twrp

Good work, but multi windows is not working on mine. Also I have problems with pc, I'm connecting my tab to the computer but it never appears connected. And it rebooted by itself at least three times after I flashed the rom. :crying:

Hello, I'm sharing with you another ROM for I9300.
This ROM has great features such as Battery life and performance.
Pros:
- Great battery life
- Smooth
- Fast
- Based on Touchwiz (yes ! you can use all stock TW apps such as Launcher, Music, Video, Camera, Keyboard etc)
- Beautiful UI
Cons:
- No GApps pre-installed (can be easily fixed, see below)
- Not Rooted
- Weird Recent and Status bar
- Advanced Reboot not working even with Xposed Modules, I tried to patch frameworks but it doesn't work.
- Kernels Limitation (some kernels doesn't work with this ROM, I didn't try one yet).
Bottom Line:
Recommended for people looking for battery performance rom.

I would say that its based on stock 4.3 SAMMY. (Since it can run touchwizz app out of the box,it looks like modified verison of touchwiz)

Yeah right, it contains a modified kernel for that ROM ONLY. Even stock 4.3 Kernel doesn't boot

Simply NO...ROM doesn't boot up.
It only supports the kernel that comes with the ROM.

It's based on Touchwiz JB 4.3...But many bloat are removed.

NO...Just english and chinese. I may modify and add more languages, just in case you guys like the ROM.

it will be the same on all roms,for some camera will work good and for some it will not,when i tried this rom few day ago camera was working fine for me,i don't have camera issues on this or any other tested rom so far

Ah i.thought maybe the camera here is different than the stock cm12.1 one
