I'm coming from 4.3 deodexed Parandroid. I am going to flash this but have much stuff on my sdcard, will that be wiped or can I avoid that entirely and just wipe data and cache and go from there?

It won't wipe anything, so you'll want to wipe those manually (cache & data). Your files on the SD will not be erased (as long as you don't do it manually in recovery).
will there be a deodexed version?

No you won't. The official updates are patches that need to be installed through unmodded firmware. It's very easy to go back using this kit if need be. Also, I'm sure myself or another member would have a pre-rooted version of the update pretty quickly after it's release so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I love my stock rooted rom the way it is, I just want it deodexed. Could I just flash this over it? Or do you think that'll cause me issues without a wipe? I'll probably just end up backing up and giving it a go. Haha.

Hey MJ, does this flash the modems, as well? I didn't know if that was possible in custom recovery and I didn't see it mentioned either way in the OP. Sorry if this is a stupid question.
UPDATE: I downloaded it and took a look. Just system and boot for the curious. Very neat!

We cannot flash modems in custom recovery due to the secure boot loader. This is unpacked MKG just in ROM for flashing ..system, boot.

Any suggestions? //I can submit logs & screenshots if wanted.

You could manually install it from SD card, but you'd have to be stock. I think I'll give it a shot and give up Cataclysm for a few days to check out the new camera fixes.

You don't have to have stock recovery. I've got TWRP and it flashed just fine. Put the zip on your SD. Boot into TWRP/CWM, flash as you would any other zip.
BUT, you WILL lose root.

Many people (me too) have the bluescreen problem after flashing ClockworkMod Recovery 6.0.3.7. After several tries I found a solution. I followed these steps:
1. Flash stock froyo with odin, reboot and wipe data/cache.
2. Flash stock gingerbread (xwkts) with odin ,reboot, wipe data/cache.
3.Root the phone and reboot
4.Flash CWM 5.0.2.6 (by using stock recovery) and reboot
5. Flash custom ROM (I flashed CM10.2)
6. Finally flash CWM 6.0.3.7 with CWM Manager App.
I don't know if all these steps are needed but they worked for me!!!!
If someone knows an easier solution I'll be glad!
