good day!!:victory:I have a OB KU5900,I just wanna know if there a way to root my phone,,because I really really want to root it:crying:.If theres a way,how can I root it.Thanks In Advance!!

its v20t,I dont really know if its already unroot,because i bought it as 2nd hand,but i didnt do it yet because Im new about this rooting,will you please tell me how to unlockroot or root my phone?thanks
I tried the UnlockRoot program on my PC,but it was unsuccessfull.

I'd already check out your thread and others,but the problem is the link of KU5900 firmware is dead, it says "forbidden" Everytime I click the link of V20l and others,only the v20T is working but it cannot be rooted.I want to downgrade my o.b to v20l,but the problem is I cannot find any working link for it.I'd already searched on google and other sites.:crying:

You didnt really read my Noob How to then... 3rd post: DO it on your own... Download ANY kdz you want to root, extract bin/fls files with the tools provided, inject CWM, flash superuser.zip, factory reset if needed, enjoy a rooted phone

Sorry but, easyer than what we have I think its impossible... read all that we have might not be so pleasent.
And root without pc I think that is impossible with O4X.

Easier is impossible. You can watch the Ruedas' video on YouTube.

Sorry, its not that people don't want to help you, its just that to type everything step by step is not only time consuming, its also hard not to procrastinate and type it out.

confirm if your device is the LG O2X P990.you can check that from the settings>about phone
use the superclick method to get the root on GB.....but you can use the thread which is for rooting....by Trymhansen.
it is a series of procedures you need to follow....
jellybamn is on old boot loader....so dont change or update to ICS by LG update tool. but this is not supported on daily basis....just to inform you.

what rom are you using? if you are on stock you should consider to try some custom rom

im on the stock rom ,if i root itit gonna be faster ???

Try to use CM10.1.3 stable version .
You can get it from here : http://get.cm/get/aYU
You need an unlocked bootloader and custom recovery to install this .

i dont know what happen i try to root my phone using smartflash and i thought it was done, but my carrier is broken "NO SIGNAL"

Tantrums is from the Philppines, and his Marvel 9 ROM worked for him. You may want to give that a go.

I'm guessing you are rooted (you should have "Superuser" in your apps, and be able to successfully launch it). If not:

You'll also want this patch to disable an annoying delay when answering the phone (I line the constant ring, not the cascading):

The instructions are in the first Marvel 9 thread post by Tantrums. You'll want to download CWM ROM Manager from the Plat Store to do the magic.
And have some lumpia when you finish. You'll deserve it.
