I tried to use the phone as a remote control for my TV once. And now, it always shows up in my notification bar. I've tried to force STOP it in the Application manager, but it turns on automatically even after restarting the device.
Go into WatchOn settings and turnoff the show in notifications setting. Also, while there, turn off on lock screen.

Does the blinking icon actually affect anything you're doing? Does it cause an interruption to the webpage or anything?

Try booting into recovery and clearing both cache's(on two different screens) My WiFi was scanning every few seconds and interupting web and also turning my screen on after I would turn it off...no more problems now!
Try setting the wifi option "notify me when any network is available" to disabled.
My screen turns.on a.for a few seconds when ever I get a text, my old android device never did this.
How do i prevent it from happening, i still want to hear the notification sound though.
Thanks

Ok, so I've had the phone for just under a week. I really like it. However, I've noticed that nfc will spontaneously just shut off on its own. I do not have power save mode activated. Similarly, I toggle location on/off often from the notification drawer, but I had set the setting to "power saving" where it estimates location based on mobile/WiFi signal. However, I often find it reverts to GPS only. Anyone else experiencing this?

Can't say I've noticed that issue

Whenever I try to open Spotify while my N6 is connected to my car via Bluetooth, it just shows a blank screen with the three line menu button in the top left corner.
Tapping does nothing, swiping doesn't really do anything. Killing the app and restarting doesn't do anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same issue. I never had this issue before, just started with the N6.
Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Issue I'm having is that there's no quick, one-click way to turn off the "Power Saver" mode that keeps the phone from trying to detect the S-Pen constantly. If this is on, you can't use a separate stylus without going three or four screens into the Settings, and turning it off. I want a one-click tile or icon that turns this on and off, but I'll be danged if I can figure out how to create one.
Anyone else out there running into this? All I want to do is be able to click on either a tile from the quick settings menu, or have an icon I can hit to change that setting and be able to use my Bamboo stylus...
Have you tried looking at an app called tasker on the play store?
I use a second s pen, and just leave it detecting the spen at all times. It hasn't seemed to drain my battery at any noticeable level. I still get 5 + hours of SOT. I just hover the tab 3 spen close and hit the button to bring up the spen menu.
