well my firmware is different from the most part of here i think, exactly the version 139.7.26.ghost.row.AmericaMovil.en.MX, and the update of the camera still not coming to Mexico, so I wanna know if I can flash the update for t mobile or different carrier from US and have no problem or should I flash all stock firmware of US who has the update and wait to receive the OTA? If anybody can take a screenshot of the baseband to compare with mine to see if a have a trouble with my signal I would appreciate:good:

I'm thinking of flashing TMobile or Sprint systems to solve it, but I'm just confirming that data connectivity will be ok on my Vodafone GSM N/W here in Egypt.
ive got the america movil PR one and no camera update yet either.
I know with the XT925 which was the GSM razr HD you could flash other territory RSDlite images as long as the phone was the same model, so probably you could flash the AT&T image if you really wanted . havent tried it, but people did it with the razr HD so i'm thinking it would work
i read you might have to flash the at&t recovery over first, but you should be able to do that if you unlock. not entirely sure though, someone will have to try i guess.
I have the 139.7.26.ghost.row.AmericaMovil.en.CL (Chile) and I was wondering if i can flash t-mobile firmware, but I'm concerned about the LTE freq band. Here in Chile the LTE runs on the 2600hz band.
Anyone know something about that? if I flash the TMO firmware, can I use the recovery to restore an image with the stock en.CL firmware?

Just wondering if you guys have gotten the update yet? I have a Nextel phone from Mexico and I don't know if I have the update or not, since I bought it used! Mine is:
139.7.30.ghost_row.NII.en.MX
Would love to see the camera update. I'm contemplating flashing the T-Mobile firmware as well, since mine is XT1053. Anyway, just looking to see if you guys had received the update or not. I think our phones are very similar, just different carriers.

Just install the T-Mobile retail ROM and you would get the OTA. That's what I did...
For all of you that have a Mexican MotoX (1058) from Telcel. I just flashed the kitkat firmware for AT&T (ATT_XT1058_4.4-13.11.1Q2.X-69-3_CFC_1FF.xml.zip), via RDLite (Bootloader has to be unlocked) ....works like a charm. Everything runs VERY smooth and buttery. The only thing that needs confirguring is the APN for Telcel (Which I will provide). So I you're not willing to wait until after X-mas for the 4.4 update...just flash AT&T (Just follow the guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2446515)

No, they are not! They do work though but you may lose access to some bands. You could always flash the tmobile 4.4 and then flash just the modem from the att 4.4.

Use either rsdlite or mfastboot to flash it but just beware if things go bad you can not downgrade, so as a rule , flash only your specific carriers sbf firmware

When i flashed the 4.4 doesnt wrong happened.
Im scared bro, now i don't know if i should install 4.4.2 . if is not to much to ask ¿can you bring me some light of this?

Guys, i dont want to be a pain in the a**, so before of everything i just want to thank you again.
I readed both post, but im still scared.
This is my actual situation:
1.- I dont have any 4.4.2 SFB backup of my specific carrier because its Nextel, and doesnt even exist on the Motorola Firmware Page.
2.- Im on 4.4 (Retail Brasil) whit the modem of T-mobile (because when i flashed the Retail Brasil i lost all the signal).
3.- I readed that the XT1053 its for T-Mobile US, Dev Ed and i flashed a brasilian! Really im going crazy.
¿What would you do?...
1.- Flash the 4.4 of T-Mobile and stay there.
2.- ¿Flash another 4.4.2?
Damn, my stomach hurts...

So don't flash any sbf , chances if you lose your signal you'll have an expensive coffee table ornament. Youre better off flashing kangakat ROM and stay away from flashing sbf firmware unless your carrier specific sbf firmware is available

Thank you brother.
Before of that i will do this (its my last try):
I will flash the T-Mobile 4.4, if everything works fine I will upgrade to 4.4.2 of the same company (I founded ).
But, if I flash 4.4 and I see something wrong I will stay there and use only customs.
So one las question : In theory... ¿can I change between 4.4 of x carrier to another 4.4 of x carrier?

Been running the Chinese 5.0.2 stock ROM for a couple days. No real problems. I flashed PA Gapps to get Google services back, but no problems overall. Very curious to give this a try too... Anyone know if it'd be the same process (simply flash boot and system)?
