[Q] [HELP] Vodafone UK HTC One - Rooting Help Required - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Greetings!
I ordered a HTC One from a friend who lives in the UK. It's unlocked and my sim works in it just fine. In booting a vodafone animation is displayed. When I tried the cyanogenmod installer, it said that I have an unsupported device?!
I really want to install cyanogenmod on it, since I did upgrade from a Galaxy Note which was rooted and running cyanogenmod.
Any help regarding the process for rooting and installing cyanogenmod on the HTC One that I have would be greatly appreciated.
It's completely stock right now, running android version 4.3, sense version 5.5. I will include some screenshots too.
Thanks!

I have a galaxy s which is a carrier of orange but was unlocked. So, could anyone tell which rom would run on it. i installed few roms but they didnt work.
Is the model number i9000? If so any rom in this section will work
May I ask, what rom's did you install and how didn't they work?
Also I'm assuming your new to installing roms, so have a read of this thread.
I am currently using the Vanilla ICS Graduation Edition v 1.2, overall the ROM is solid, and the guy who made it is constantly updating it. If your interested I can send you the download, or you can just visit his thread.

Flash a stock rooted 4.2.2 rom, like this one.

It's what I did, and I have 4.2.2 with no problems with AT&T reception. You will be able to choose T-Mobile in the setup.

[Q] Help with finding and downgrading to android 2.3.5

Hi!
I am new to this site and it's the first time for me trying to downgrade my phone back to Android 2.3.5 which my phone came with. I can't find a ROM suitable for my phone (Galaxy Note N7000). I live in Sweden and the only one I could find was with the operator "Tre".
Is it okay for me to use this ROM although I'm not with that company or can You guys with greater knowledge help me find one? Is there another way to downgrade perhaps?
Thanks in advance!
Ideally you can install that rom.. It just comes with extra apps specific to that carrier. Just make sure to do a backup of current rom before.

How to install Stock on S5 Active (G900A)?

Hello Guys,
the story is: i've just bought Galaxy S5 Active with some custom ROM installed (TMS5), rooted.
the version is 5.0: the kies is showing info like: G900FXXU1BOC7/G900AATT3BOC4/G870AUCU1BOC5/G900FXXU1BOC7 (ATT)
the problem: i'd really like to have stock firmware on this one? Can You please tell me what are the options for me?
Thanks,
Jazzhoo
Update:
Guys, for anyone that is thinking about unrooting or installing the newest software through OTA.. i'll give You an advice.. don't!
some time has passed since i bought S5A with TMS5 3.0 custom soft, i wanted to unroot and install stock. thankfully i've found no way to do so.
i'm really happy to have root/custom so i can personalize my phone as i want! and i don't need to use crappy unrooted stock!
peace guys!
