[Q] Not able to flash in flashtool !!!!!!!!

Recently my phone was not working,when i repaired it from the service center after that i am not able to flash with flash tool.its showing some driver error

I received this radio but today has started an application the radio has been blocked and will not start. Any way to solve it?

search everywhere,,no solution found,,,,i want to root my phone whila stay on latest update ,,,dont want to go back to 2.15v just for the root,,,,

Question Help, the phone can't be turned on, can't enter fastboot, can't enter recovery. The spflash tool also fails.
