Is there any way to use multiview/ multi window option on ASUS for multitasking? The way you can on Samsung? I need to run 2 windows/apps side by side. For example one of YouTube app one of Video player app.

Nope!
sure? I cannot test it at the moment, but at least I know that you can use video player (I use BSPlayer) in window mode... Don't know about YouTube...
Video player is in the floating app drawer, so you might be able to run both on the same screen: youtube on full screen and video player as floating window above it. Not as easy or good as Samsung though.

Try searching for "floating apps" in Google Play. There are several apps which support multi window setups, including a browser and a youtube app.

Multimedia? I use moboplayer + v7 codecs ; rockplayer 1.7.2 swf player ; Chainfire3D ; Pro HDR
Productivity? LG Getril ; Neo reader ; hex editor ; quick office pro
Games? None atm.
I have found Mysettings really useful - this was posted by someone else on here (sorry cant remember who). It provides quick access to everything that i need quickly... such as airplane mode, instead of holding the power button, quick access to mobile network settings, brightness, screen timeout as well as the options in the notification bar.
What is quick office pro?

Hi, just a question, it is said on the Pro HDR Camera (from EyeAppsLLC ?) that it couldn'/wouldn't work on our LG phones ? Did you need a certain rom to make it work or did it just work flawlessly upon install ?

Yes, it works on all android devices with firmware 1.6+. I couldn't find the original link to the app, but I have attached the apk file with this post.

Vignette - great photo quality there and better UI than Camera360 i think. At least you can use filters on pictures already taken, not like in Camera360.

No, but why would you need that? Front camera makes only sense for video chats, vignette only can take photos.
Actually you can add filters with camera 360 pro too

Yes, but, correct me if im wrong there, only onthefly after you've taken the picture. Not if you try to add a filter to an existing photo in the gallery.
Hey all,
I have an issue with certain websites video with the flash plugin. Basically some sites (gametrailers.com as an example) have the full-screen icon missing when playing back a video...
Any other way to make it proper full-screen with just zooming? It's restricts video quality playback and just annoys me!
Thanks in advance!!

That's actually what I'm using. However the full-screen icon is still missing - however it's only with certain websites (gametrailers.com as mentioned is one)
It's really odd..
Anyway to cast directly to chromecast through a cast button simliar to youtube.com and google music on your phone/tablet? I can cast the entire screen, but was hoping for a native cast button..

I really hope Google adds this functionality to the Google Music web app at some point.
I'm confused, you're talking about the Google Play Music app with subscription service right? Because it has cast ability built-in if you have the latest version on mobile devices.

He's referring to being on a personal computer on a web browser. Far as I know there isn't a native cast button

Ahh thanks for the clarification, now that I read it slowly I see and agree. Wish there was a way to cast from a desktop like how the mobile app does, having a white control bar is not very good for tv's without a screensaver option.

I did have this issue. I needed to unplug my chromecast to get it to work, then it went fine.
I do hope Google adds that capability. I use Google music through the web quite a bit at home.
Soon?
When this loading the google music website icon appears but when finishes loading disappears ... it will be implemented soon?
This would be a good addition but just using the Chromecast Extension works perfectly fine. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-cast/boadgeojelhgndaghljhdicfkmllpafd
That's now possible !

Good morning!
Does anyone have a solution for some home videos that cast sideways on chromecast from a phone or tablet? I have looked for a way to correct this but have been unsuccessful. When i use Avia or RealPlayer cloud the result is the same....they play fine on the device but are sideways when I cast to the TV...

LOL
there are only two solutions to this...
1 - Rotate the TV....
2 - Load it into Premiere or FinalCut and try and rotate the Video by 90 degrees
There may be a third option if you can find a Video Converter that supports Rotating video...

Looks like MediaCoder can do it via the Rotate option in the Picture tab.
If you're stuck with a favorite editor and it accepts Avisynth scripts, you can rotate it via Avisynth too.
The absolute worst thing you can do is change the camera orientation midway through. If you start one way, finish it that way. Otherwise you'll limit your ultimate viewing window to a square (1080x1080, 720x720, etc). My wife did that once and I screamed "Noooooooooooo!" in slow motion like in the movies.
