Hi,
Tonight i had an update message on my phone ( i'm running 4.4.4 Google édition ROM).
But when i'm going to install manually these update which is present in the /cache/ directory, it fails...
Does anyone knows what could be wrong?

Are you trying to flash from twrp?
Hi all, yesterday i got an ota notification for 5.1 on my N7 2012 mobile version, but coz i rooted before, the update was not successful. I tried to make a search in the internet for the download but strangely, there is no image uploaded for nakasig over there. Now i already did a full clean install on 5.0.2, and tried to push Check for update many times, but no ota ever happened again. How can i get it back? Anyone knows it, pls let me know. Many thanks!
Also in exactly the same boat. Fresh install of 5.0.2 on N7 2012, rooted. OTA update to 5.1 fails every time. Any advice?
The OTA will fail if you use a custom recovery (twrp or cwm). If you fastboot flash the stock recovery image, the OTA should work. The factory image is available for the wifi version, so you could update to 5.1 using it with fastboot. I don't know if the mobile factory image version has been released, but if not, it should be soon.
Is it possible to update directly to the latest firmware LCA43 for the gear live? Or do I have to update sequentially through all the updates. As well, I can't seem to find all the stock OTA files for the updates if I have to update in order. So help locating the OTA files would be helpful thanks

I inadvertently disabled ota updates via a root script the script says to restore update capability to flash update.bin provided my amazon's website, but I can't find this update.bin nor do I know how to flash it, can someone help me, I want to update to 5.1.2

What version of FireOS do you have now? If it's 5.0.1 then you really do not want to update, at least not through normal means.
Does 5.1.2 bring anything useful?
I have version 5.1.1, I want version 5.1.2. I followed the link above and tried to sideload the update.bin but I get an error in adb.
Edit: Nobody Mentioned I had to be in recovery mode before issuing the adb sideload command, you guys shouldn't assume we all know these things. Anywho, I got the update to sideload.

No assumptions - you missed the instruction. Recheck your sources.
Hello, I flashed the project Fi rom (OPWS27.1.3) with March security patch but no updates. Does anyone have updates ti download and flash with the script? No sideload please

Let me guess your phone updated to 8.0 with latest security patches but never got the 8.1 update? I think they may have stopped pushing it ota for 8.1 because it has some issues (MTP, .... stopped working only charge works).
This link has the zip for sideload but no img for flash. I cant get it to side load myself so maybe you can?
