Are you rooted? If rooted using root explorer, go to sd card and look above all is it mounted as r/o or r/w?

You need to be rooted to get access to check .odex files. So, that method won't work. I am rooted & solved this issue as Adhityairvan mentioned..
And there are two system storage. One for system apps(around 840MB+new one-preload around 500MB).There is also 2GB for installed apps.
BTW,are you still on GB? Because you have Video maker app and I don't have it since GB or ICS.Hard reset maybe if you are on JB?

R: Device Memory Problem
Download any cache cleaner app and clean it.... Btw, you could lose some savegame (for example, angry birds savestate)

Try Clean Master its free in the Play Store...
Clean Master
It can clean the Cache but also look for Residual Files that you no longer need...

Strange. Until someone finds a cure you can use es file explorer, go to its settings and enable "root explorer", "mount system as r/w" and "up to root", then go to system/app and just delete the apks you don't want

[Q] How i can get root without rom install?

Hi everyone! As I wrote in title how i can get super user priority, but without instal a new ROM?
Thanks in advance!
not possible
Actually I think you can do it with the toolkit
Sent from my GT-I8190 using Tapatalk 2
Try bin4ry root many android method, I rooted my S3 with that method.
Sent from my LT26i using xda app-developers app
It's possible by flashing cwm in odin and then supersu.zip, or by flashing an insecure boot with toolkit.
Try the toolkit from the dev section. I rooted my phone using the toolkit
