Well no... Neo l and play are based on zeus boards and are more difficult to code... There hasn't been a fully/properly working 3.4 kernel for them yet... And this kernel uses legacyXperia sources... So unless Mike does something for them you probably won't be getting kk or even 3.4 kernel...

If ART works with kernel from LX it should also work on Dark Kernel.

No, as @Attitude.SSJ told, Neo L and Play are based on other board (zeus), and 3.4 kernel isn't fully working on that devices, so for now there is no sense to build.
Here is working/not working list 3.4 kernel on zeus.

Maybe this kernel is great, but using Comet ROM I'm constantly getting error message that android.process.media has stopped, so I simply cant use my phone. It appears in every 5 seconds!
EDIT:This is while using playstore. Any solution for this annoying message?
Thanks for this, 20131227 working well here on arc s. I just wanted to ask how you guys are setting the max CPU value, is it simply in Settings > Performance > Processor, or in some other way?
BTW I'm new to working with this device but managed to get LX CM11 up and running and now this kernel too and am really quite impressed to be honest, it was on 4.0.3 before and really quite slow.
Thanks for your work

Everything is working fine for me except for video recording, I am using Arc S + CM10 (fxp218)
Wi-Fi: OK
Bluetooth: OK
Video: When I press record, it hangs then I press record again then it will stop working.
Someone please try this, I may have flashed something.
Can someone report about 3.x kernels performance? Does JB work smoother? I'm interested in this since I exspected a performance boost. Can't test myself since I have no pc/laptop with me atm

CyanogenMod 10.1 for Samsung Galaxy Mini 2
Notice:
Since this ROM is tested only on GT-S6500D, it may not work on other Mini 2 models.
The ROM theoretically can be installed on:
GT-S6500
GT-S6500D
GT-S6500L
Although only GT-S6500D is supported by me (since I only have this variant of Mini 2).
Functionality can be broken on other variants.

Uploading my files elsewhere (mirroring) is not appreciated.

can be considered "Stable" a rom with a high battery drain? (leaving aside the merits and the great work that is behind, because it's a great work and TheWhisp is the best XD)
anyway... when we can see the 2 version with and without the camera? *_*

I don't have any problems of battery drain. The rom is very stable and fast. Try a clean install.
TheWhips, Great Job, thanks - with this build at least work Walkman app
But I have small problem with CPU settings - my phone reboots after screen will off, when I set max freq more than 1008 MHz.
It's strange, because phone works fine (even with freq=1152 MHz), reboots comes only if screen will off...
Please help with that ...
PS with build 1807 everything works fine with 1152 MHz

No random reboots either, suspect a restored app messing it. I'd do a full wipe, dalvik and cache, and format internal drive. Save everything to external. Don't restore apps data with TB, test rim 1st. Smooth as silk here.

AlegenMod based on temasek's UNOFFICIAL CM11 BUILD
I one year ago I bought a SGS3 (i9300) and i immediately fell in love with this rom, full of interesting features taken from all the main AOSP sources (CM, PA, Slim, etc) so when i sold the Galaxy s3, i decided to build this rom for our D802, the result: One world SPECTACULAR!!
This is an UNOFFICIAL build of CM12 ( CyanogenMod 12 ) for LG G2 international (D802) and by NO means this is my ROM. I am just compiling from CM Source and 100% credits goes to the device maintainers of LG G2, TEMASEK (the builder) and all other coders who contributed to CyanogenMod.
This is similar to a nightly from CM but has some extra goodies baked in. If you can't handle some things possible being broken, please don't use this and then complain to me for building it.

I'll upload later

AhAh the GREAT TEMASEK, it was the the only thing that I've lost of my sgs 3 but now it's real
I hope you'll enjoy this Rom! And also let me know about the bugs, as I said I'm leaving for a week and now I can't test the Rom I've built..

I was temasek's cm user and was impressed so much with his rom. Are you also gonna plan to support this as how he does?
His like living everyday just to compile his rom. That's how amazing he is.

Well.. Seems quite stable. I'm a bit confused due the German strings lol completely new to me to have the options with German names. But that's temasek related. The rest seems to work as it should. It's quite fast even without any tweaks. No FCs. The setup wizard had a small glitch with the cm account setup. I had to go through the setup again but that's it. I remember the same happened on flo with temasek based build here. I didn't find anything that wasn't working. All fine here. Thank you very much and have a good week! ☺

Great Temasek's builds ! Yessss !
Before making builds for GS3, Temasek has made unofficial CM10.1 and even before, CM7 builds for the LG O2X.
I've used his builds for months until he stopped.
Temasek's roms are great !
Thanks Fabioio !

Great to see a new kernel for AOSP.
Wait for a long time.
Edit: not suitable for slimKAT 5.9 build. The device didn't boot and stick at the slim logo.
I know you've said it'll probably only work on AOSP ROMs.
But curiosity got the best of me and I tried it on PAC ROM, I'm guessing there'll be a lot more like me who would want to try this on various ROMs so i'll just keep adding the ROMs I've tried the kernel on and whether it booted or not.
PAC ROM (21-06 nightly) - Stuck at boot animation.
AOKP- Won't boot
Beanstalk- same as above
PS: I do not expect you to debug these or even reply to this.
Thanks for the kernel. :good:
It works only on @pabx 4.4.4 AOSP builds, sorry.
I can't and won't add support for other roms, because then it becomes a mess again..

Xperia Z / AOSP 4.4.4
runs smooth.
encountered some problems while directly flashing the kernel, the Wifi didn't work, but after a clean install and flashing userdata.img it worked.
Phone is without a charger since last night and i still have 76% battery with my usage.

Yeah battery life is quite good, i'm surprised.
Lost 3% over 7h deep sleep, which is great for a aosp rom with the messy play services
Xperia Z / AOSP 4.4.4 / Zombie
Installed over kitkat(the one you mentioned) , and booted up but soft rebooted after "android starting apps" phase... gonna retry and see if i can get a log.

No need for a log, it works just fine ?!
Flash rom and gapps, reboot into OS.
Then flash the kernel.

didn't work , exactly what i did twice but no luck after "starting Apps" i get soft reboot and it just stuck on
boot animation,
Update: worked, after waiting on boot animation for a while , but and error which doesnt let me to interact
with os, com.android.process... stopped. so reverted back to pabx own kernel. any ideas ?

There should be no "optimizing apps" as it's not kernel related.
Did you clean install latest pabx aosp build?

Flash stock boot, rom and userdata.
Then reboot once and flash kernel.
Using it on @pabx AOSP.
Working very well, super smooth and great battery life.
One request, could you also try your hand at making a CM based kernel, we desperately need a battery friendly kernel for XZ.
Thanks a lot.

I could, yeah.
But:
-Stock CM is sluggish and i don't feel like building a kernel for it
-Thomas' CM is nice, already has a custom kernel included.
Also my time is limited atm, you can contact other devs of f.e. slimkat to adopt some of my changes, which i'll doubt will happen
Had a play with this one.
Not bad at all maybe pull in voltage adjustments?
I tend to cook my own from pabx with much lower voltages.
But this one is pretty decent

I'm quite unsure if i should lower some voltages.
It may introduce some problems for the unlucky ones having a lower binned chipset, plus makes games laggy.
Probably i'll add the (awesome) voltage control by morfic, as this kernel is intended to be in-line with Trinity.
Brickbug Aftermath: Speeding up the Galaxy S2 i9100, S2 AT&T i777, S2 Epic 4G Touch d710 and Note n7000
UPDATE: CM 12.1 kernels are now available!!! (for CM 12.1-supported platforms only: i9100 and i777.) new kernels are rom-independent: they are no longer tailored to specific official CM builds (they might work with other roms too) and their names no longer reference a specific CM build.
UPDATE: this project now supports all roms and kernels!
if you are not running CyanogenMod M snapshots, please see this post.
this project restores TRIM capability to CyanogenMod kernels for the Galaxy S2 family of 4210-based devices: i9100, i777, d710 and n7000. TRIM is needed to avoid "aging" of the state of the eMMC, the internal flash storage, that eventually slows the device to a crawl. TRIM functionality is built into android 4.3 and later. however, due to historical and safety concerns, TRIM capability was removed from the CM kernels for these devices (and from most if not all other AOSP-based kernels).
STOP!!! DRAGONS AHEAD!!!
in theory there could be risk of hard-bricking your device forever.
1) READ THIS POST IN FULL.
2) answer this poll (view results).
3) discuss your n7000 experience below in this thread.

for the supported devices, you will find IsoRec-compatible CyanogenMod-based kernels here. (old kernels without IsoRec support can be found here. yet older retired kernels without FPBug fix are still available here.) note that for some supported devices, no releases or M snapshots are currently being produced. for those devices i can produce kernels based on known 'stable' nightlies if users ask.

Hi, could you perhaps make a kernel with these implementations but based on CM11/Omni? Any of the latest nightlies are "stable".

OHkay.. then i guess you should proceed and create a kernel.. its time we test them.. but will it improve speed by a huge margin or it is just a placebo?

It will vary from user to user, but if you have high I/O lags then yes, there will be a big improvement.
if u used CM and its kernel for long in your phone or ever used up most of the phone's storage since installing CM, it should make q big difference.
