Man.. Maybe I just don't know as much as I thought I did. I've downloaded it twice but it continues to not download as .zip. I guess that's the way I'm used to flashing roms. Is there an alternative way to flashing these?

Working/Broken = Like CM10.1.2
Instructions:
If First time installing CyanogenMod 10.1 to your Galaxy Tab 2, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running official ClockworkMod-Recovery
- Copy GApps and CM10.1 ZIPs to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM10.1 zip from internal SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from internal SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
If you're already on CyanogenMod 10.1:
- Copy CM10.1 ZIP to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM10.1 zip from internal SDCard
- Wipe data and cache (optional)
- Reboot

This rom is based on cm10.1, if you want enable phablet/tablet ui, this rom need to be patched.

Tried everything from factory reset, to wiping everything. Using Philz recovery.
At the end of flash asks to fix su, either way it goes in to a boot loop.
Installed wanam's 4.3 and tried a dirty flash over it, not working that way either.
Please look in to it.

Try flashing stock kernel, booting.

Sorry to hear that mate, I have never used Philz Recovery so I cant comment but I have tested this through CMW and flashing perfectly fine, I wiped Dalvik and Cache and Had no problems what so ever buddy

As for lag on the lockscreen. Its a problem with the firmware itself as its only the first Official 4.3 release from Samsung. But it wont be too long until they release a firmware that fixes this problem.

Version 2 of this rom will be based on Wanam 7.2. Which will be much more stable and include more tweaks and mods. Aswell as still including the same Note 3 ported apps aswell.

Wow, Ive built up version 2 and all I can say is wow. Its faster, its smoother, more responsive, and even more improvements.

Bugs:
-video recording not working properly and will result in uncompressed video in video folder and corrupted and unwatchable final output. I use my phone
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS​
1. Backup
2. Recommended Recovery: PhilZ Touch
3. You need to do a clean install!!! Wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, Wipe data/factory reset and Wipe System (In Philz recovery use the Following Options: Wipe Data/ Factory Reset/ Clean to Install a New Rom) and then Install Zip (from either external or internal SD depending on where you chose to save the Rom)
4. The installation process takes between 3-5 minutes. Let it do its job Also the 1st boot also takes 3-5 minutes. I would also recommend that before the initial setup, you dont do anything to your phone for 5 minutes... Let it settle and then proceed with the initial setup... That's just my usual ritual with any Rom I flash
5. Reboot and Enjoy

Oh yes, no dialer. I never use it, so didn't notice. Will try a fix soon, but a dialer from playstore should work ok too.

How can I install the zip files witch found in Echoe rom Downloads and customization settings? Can I install them in CWM Recovery? example extra settings.zip please help me, thanks

Exactly like you said via recovery..
But chances are most of them wont work on the tab...

Could you please add phone xall support. If i download a dialer from gp i can make calls but cannot hang up. Also phone soundvis very silent. Would be very nice if you could help me. I like this rom but absolutely need working phone. Thanks in advance

known issues
don't worry its very stable and fast..but superuser binary isn't working well, it reboot to recovery but doesn't give root permission.. u need to update manually.. the zip is at the Downloads section..

It seems like you didn't download the rom well.. you need to download the rom again make sure the file size is the same size of the one from the download link..

It depends on use and brightness.. it could stay up to 12 hours with minimum brightness surfing web..
and up to 4 hours in max with multi tasking

Iwould love to try this out, but i am away on business this week.
I hope some other members who have flashed this can give a review.
Either way, thanks for the effort dev.
