Can't load custom recovery - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I can flash a custom Recovery to my unlocked HTC One(Tmo-us) but everytime I reboot to boot loader (The top says tampered and unlocked) it says "entering recovery..." at the top and then reboots. I have flashed both TWRM and Clockword Mod and cleared the cache both before and after. Nothing. Any ideas? Newest 1.54 setup...

the same problem with you

Are you sure you have the proper recovery.img? If you are flashing a sprint or Verizon recovery IMG by accident they aren't the same. I just guessing since you've provided little information...
Also did you verify the md5

Reboot to OS in the middle. Then retry

after clear recovery cache, i have solved the problem

weird problem

For some reason now
Any recovery I flash won't stick,
what i mean by this is that it boots into the recovery for a quick second (I can see it) , then reboots into the htc logo splash and hangs
(this is due to me wiping Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache, and System)
help please?
The only safe screen I can be on is bootloader, and I do have fastboot but if I do adb devices it's empty.
Also I used Hansoons 2000 HTC Vivid All-in-one Kit and I'm able to use commands such as
"boot into bootloader" and flash both of the recovery's provided.
But when I do "boot into recovery" I get the same problem of it booting for less then 5 secs, then reboots.

Fastboot erase cache
Then re-flash a recovery that you know works. Ex. TWRP or WCX
That should fix you.
Worked.
Thank you esloan

1.29 OTA applying if rooted + CWM

My ONE is rooted and I'd also installed CWM.
I got the 1.29 OTA today, but of course it won't install. Tried through CWM and it got stuck, so tried flashing the stock recovery from here
Now though, the device just hangs at "Entering Recovery".
Do I need to do something asides from "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img" to get stock recovery working again?
u cant flash stock recovery from CWM.
thats what i heard in another discussion
try to restore a backup u made earlier

I hadn't.
Tried that, and re-flashed the recovery to be sure, but it's still hanging on "entering recovery"...

All sorted- I was using the wrong recovery.
No idea where it was found; but this post in the other thread has a working link.

[Q] Can't get into recovery after attempting to flash MaximusHD

Hello,
I tried to flash MaximusHD using ClockWork on my HTC One M7 (International). Why? Because I'm a dummy.
Now I get stuck at the "HTC One Quietly Brilliant" screen. I can boot into fastboot and see it on my PC but flashing ClockWork and TWRP both have the same issue. When I go into recovery, ClockWork version shows up or the TeamWin logo for a second and then the phone reboots again.
If anyone has any ideas of next steps, I'd really appreciate it.

[Q] HTC One m7att Stuck on HTC Logo Screen after installing ARHD

Wiped user data, cleared out the cache and dalvik and installed Android Revolution HD 71.1. There didn't seem to be any issues during installation, but when I went to reboot from recovery, it told me root access was missing and now I am stuck on the "HTC quietly brilliant" lockscreen and can't get into Recovery..
What can I do?
EDIT: Got into the bootloader to try to boot to Recovery, but doing so sent it right back to the HTC boot screen.

I was using Clockwork Mod (oops), just flashed TWRP 2.7.1.1. Do I need that specific version?
Apparently I am S-ON, but I could have sworn I had S-OFF.. Is that a possible issue as well?

This worked! Thanks for the help.
Going to try to install ARHD 71.1 again, hopefully this time it works.
EDIT: Got ARHD 71.1 installed and running without anymore problems. Again, thanks for all your replies and help!

[Q] HTC One can't boot into system or recovrey. Need help!

I recently attempted to restart my phone but it never booted up after it was off... it got stuck at the boot animation.
I couldn't access recovery either because it crashes after the teamwin logo and just tries to boot into system
Which brings me nowhere because now it's back stuck in the boot animation:crying:
I didn't do anything to the phone recently other than flashing a splash screen onto it. The splash screen didn't change, though. Maybe it's because I still have s-on. I don't think that's what causing the issue because it booted properly twice before this brick.
I tried reflashing TWRP 2.7.1.1 and cleared cache from fastboot but nothing changed.
What is the issue here?
I have CM11 snapshot M8
TWRP 2.7.1.1
hboot 1.44

I tried fastboot erase cache and fastboor flash recovery already and that doesn't fix the problem. I haven't flashed CM11 on there though, I didn't know you could actually do that
