LG G2 Metal Case signal Mod? - G2 Accessories

Does anybody know if there's ways to modify a Metal Case to get normal reception? I had the Idea of buying this case ( http://www.casefanatic.com/samsung-...oque-lg-g2-metal-bumper-d802-d801-ultra-thin/ ) and modifying it where the Antennas are so I don't lose signal. Has anybody attempted anything like this? Its a really sexy case. Just want a way to not lose signal.

I guess you would need to see a G2 tear-down to know where the antennas are exactly. If you find one, let me know. I'm curious.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBysBoEGmXY Here's a VS980 Teardown. No Idea what the antenna looks like on these...

Looking at that teardown and looking online for any information I could find,
You would basically need to remove a good inch from the top and bottom of a metal case to reduce signal loss.

I'd wait for a few months for new cases like this to appear, it's only 3 months since g2 launched:fingers-crossed:

Ebay:Flip Metal Back Cover

This is just a review of the ebay metal flip back replacement for the Note II.
Impression:
1. Solid build with a very nice brushed metal finish. Definitely gave the phone a higher quality feel over the plastic back.
2. Has built in NFC, but I haven't tested it's functionality.
3. Adds 40g of weight.
4. In my room, with the OEM back my signal averaged -70dBm, with this case my signal averaged -73dBm.
5. Does fit inside generic neoprene case, also from ebay.

Ditto
Please confirm if NFC works. I want to buy one ASAP. Thanks!
I gotta say, this definitely looks to be one of the nicer flip cases I've seen so far. If the NFC works as well as the stock cover, I may have to pick one up, too.
Really weird that it has a built in nfc because nfc on my silver metal back cover does NOT work. Somehow the metal coating must interfere with the signal.

(it is metal model can't support NFC)

See on ebay seller page :/
Confirmation: I have tested NFC and it does not work.
I just ordered mine, full black. Hope to get it before Christmas !
The illustrations show that there is absolutely no nfc antenna in the interior shell of the case. Detach your oem Battery door and look at the antenna. The sellers are showing you the entire case from front to back. Buy at your own discretion.

Best screen protector and case for my Nexus 7?

Hi just wanted to ask you guys to recommend case and screen protector for my brand new Nexus 7.
What you think about official Nexus 7 case:

}
Or there is something much better?
And i also wanna buy screen protector, please tell me which one is best buy? Thanks.
Edit: Found these 2 screen protectors from SPIGEN:
http://www.spigen.com/google-nexus-7-remium-lcd-protection-film-steinheil-series.html
I used to have SPIGEN screen protector for my S III and it was great. Can you tell me what is the difference between these two?
Get the tpu case for the nexus. It is nice. I have it
If I helped out, hit the thanks button.
'best' is subjective.
find a nice case and screen protector from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1676
**edit
here is possibly the worst case you can get for a nexus 7:
http://www.technologytell.com/gadgets/files/2012/07/dodocase-nexus-7.jpeg
now that you know what the worst one is, you can safely avoid it.
I got myself original one and it is really cool and perfect! The only thing missing is magnet for automatic sleep but I guess they couldn't put it in silicone body... not imoportant for me anyway
Yeah

I have been waiting for the Otterbox case to come out. I am currently using the official one from Asus though.
Just picked up this combo on ebay yesterday. Was only $19.99....

Galaxy Gear Replacement Screen

Not sure if anyone has posted this yet, although i did search .
ETrade Supply is selling OEM Galaxy Gear glass screen replacements for $7.55
I've ordered tons of things from them and they have decent customer service.
They're currently sold out but i'm sure they will be getting more in stock.
might be a good thing to stock up on since people are already complaining about scratched screens.

I hope this helps somebody

I think Depends on how used you are to tinkering with small device's.
There is an video on youtube with a guy who explains the disassembling of the watch, but he doesn't go as deep into it as I'd like.
But the process has been pretty straight forward on my previous galaxy devices. And it will break sooner or later

I know this is an old post but broke my screen and though it still works I cant seem to but a replacement anywhere can any one help or sell me one please?

Got the same case... But not this problem. Anyway try to make it larger with a nail or some sort of bit for making holes (english is not my native).
Yeah, I don't have the issue either and I have 3 of these cases I use. You sure you have an authentic spigen?
