My S3 mini (GT-I8190L) is discharging when on charger! It goes to 100% and then it become to descharging! This not occur when on USB.
Someone know what's wrong?

My phone will charge battery only sometimes. The PC usb is not charging the battery (but it does see the usb), my ac is not charging also. I bought a new one. not charging. I tried with 3 different batteries - not charging.
It only charge sometimes when im using the galaxy s2 mini charger. But then it charge ex to 50% or 80% and it stops. I get the charging animation but the battery power drops normally like if i were using the phone.
I opened my 9000 and tried to see if the usb charger is burned or the soldering is bad. But everything is all right :/
By mistake, when i was "rebuilding my phone" i put the simcard backwards. And then even with the mini2 charger i was unable to charge more than 1%.
Do you know what can cause it? Its not the custom rom (helly bean) because i did not update it when it happened a month or so.

I have galaxy s3 mini and I have a big problem : when I plug my phone in wall charger (original charger) it show the charging symbol but it keep draining my battery , and when I turn off my phone it charge normally, and when plugged in pc it charging normally too .
I really don't understand why when my phone on it not charging when the wall charger plugged 0.o .
I use stock rom and stock kernel .. my phone rooted
Please guys help me ( I want to solve this issue .

Is this with the same cable?
Have you tried using another wall charger?
Recently my S3 Mini GT I8190 stopped charging. When I plug it in it boots instead. Then it began charging only when it has booted but it charges slowly. When the battery dies off completely im unable to charge it so I first have to use an external charger and let the battery gain some charge then after that I insert it into the phone so that it charges when the phone is on but again it charges slowly. I've tested several batteries and different chargers and the problems persists . I've also tried different ROMS and the problems persists so it's not a software issue . everything else works normally apart from the charging issue. So what could be the problem guys?

Do you know someone with the same phone? If so, have you tried to charge his/her phone with your charger?

My charger works just fine with other phones. I've cleaned out the usb charging port but it hasn't helped either. I'm thinking I should have the charging port replaced. The phone is not detected by a computer when connected although the charging icon appears. sometimes the phone will even display the charging icon when it has been plugged off
When I charge my phone I noticed that my phone's life is decreasing and when I removed the cord it's still charging. The charging is only working when I restart or shut down my phone.. I tried using other cords and charger and formatting my phone but I still experiencing the same problem.

And the problem is when my phone powers on, I put the charger of the battery in but nothing happens
My phone isn't charged or anything.
Only when I power off my phone, take the charger out and put it back. The phone is magically charged
I have tried to use the charger with my father's phone (samsung galaxy win). Everything was fine, I just put the charger in and the phone was charged perfectly
