It wouldn't do you any good even with those apk's. They all require Samsung framework in order to work .
There are 3rd party TV remote apps that work quite well though.

Install Astro on the tab, backup the apps to apk files, copy these apk files to your Nexus 7 and install.

I just downloaded Camera Remote to my AT&T Galaxy S4 and my Galaxy Gear running Null19 and it works via bluetooth. Doesn't run full speed but it does do video and takes decent stills
Any way to get it working with stock ROM?

Do you have a link to tutorial or guide?
Not sure of the capability, but you could root the gear and install the null_ rom, that might give you some extra functionality.
