Have any of you used this app?

I have it downloaded in my phone. It allows you to turn off permissions to individual apps.

This may not be what you were looking for, but you can get S-Voice. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3dAMHacbZmtdDMyZ0hSdWJKQ00/edit?pli=1 Just download and install that on your phone.
That'd unfortunate lol.

The s voice force closes.

So i changed camera_click.ogg to camera_click.xxx but the shutter still sounds when i take a pic with the ringer up. How is this possible? Is it because linux doesn't use file extensions like windows and i should rename the whole thing? Changing the file ext worked on my samsung.

Just turn the sound off in the camera settings.

Where did you change it at? think its in the camera apk that you need to change
From My TweakedOut ONE
Yeah i learned about that the other day and forgot. Still curious as to where its getting the audio file if you have sound turned on and changed the file ext.

Can anyone clear up what the check boxes on the right are??
Thank you
And it's not that they are "running" - that is the next tab.
Clicking them does nothing other than open app info.

Do u have a micro sd card in ur phone?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I don't have an SD card installed yet and none of my boxes are checked. So maybe it is noting what is installed on your SD card? I'm just taking a guess.

I install any app and Baidu virus too.
Sent from my GT-I9505G using XDA Free mobile app
It's not a virus. It's a search engine used by various apps to search the memory card for files. For example ES File explorer uses baidu to let you search for a file on your SD card.

But I delete a folder and it resurfaces even having deleted the app in question.

Then you still have another app installed that uses baidu.

How do I find out which application exactly?

Uninstall an app delete the folder. If it comes back. It was that app that uses it. Repeat until you kno which app has it.

Easier to do a reset and reinstall app by app.
