Flashed HTC One to Page Plus - Sprint HTC One (M7)

Need a little help here. I used Wireless Workshop to successfully flash my Sprint HTC One to Page Plus. I got my MIN, MDN and SID directly from Page Plus. I flashed it on Wireless Workshop and if said if successfully flashed. I then went into the Phone info and it shows my new number and the Verizon flash info, BUT,,,,
I cant get it to pick up the service. I have tried everything even had Wireless Workshop remote support and they could not figure it out. The phone wont pick up the network, it shows no bars and states looking for service. Please help. I left the Sprint sim inside the phone, because I was told to do so.
Any clues.....
Thanks

I thought Wireless Workshop was an app/service you pay for to perform the flashing task. Arent they responsible to provide you with a working phone with service after using the service? I am just asking is all, one would think some guarantee would be at play after a money exchange
Did you try calling page plus and ask them to provision your account. I have flashed a few cricket phones in the past and sometimes things got wonky on the accounts on crickets end!

Cannot connect to anything other than T-mobile

At first I opened thread a thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=4468480) regarding not getting prompt for a sim unlock code using a gophone sim. I got around that by trying another (international) sim I had laying around, so was able to then use an unlock code to unlock my phone.
At this point, though, I am still stuck, as I am not able to connect to the AT&T network using a gophone sim.
sim works fine in a different phone
The ROMS I have used:
"The HTC ADP 1.5 CRC1 ROM" from
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=538456
cyanogenmod 4.0.4
To note, no APNs show under settings>wireless controls>Mobile Networks>Network>Access point names when I put non-tmobile sims in. When I add one, it still does not show up on the list. I have also tried clearing the data partition and tried setting up an APN during the setup procedure - no dice - the APN I just edited and saved does not show up.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
I can say I don't got any, other than it don't like your go phone, I am afraid that if you get it working at this point, it might go kaboom in spite.
Those g1s are some finiky creatures, beware they attack if startled
FIXED!!!!
I dont know if this is new for gophone or anything .... but apparently "new" gophone accounts are tied to the IMEI number that you first start your account with. At least this is what they told me when I called into the gophone service center.
Anyway... I worked with a tech who seemed quite knowledgeable. I convinced her to change to IMEI number linked to my account and change it to the G1's IMEI (to note - I honestly answered every question asked of me, such as the phone being an unlocked G1 I bought on ebay). At first it did not take - I waited an hour to see if maybe it was something that just needed to propagate thorough AT&T's network. The tech called me back. Because it did not work, she changed it back to the original phone on the account. I then asked her to please change it back to the G1's IMEI and please just leave it - I would wait a day to see if that helped any. She changed it back to the G1's IMEI and then I told her I would continue to play with the phone. Right after our call ended, my phone all of a sudden connected to AT&T's network.
I hope that this helps someone out. I know that I am happy as I can finally get playing around with this thing.
Thanks to those who offered advise.
Hey I'm having a very similar problem with my Dell Streak 5 and my GoPhone SIM card, I've even gone through the IMEI process with support from AT&T and I guess they successfully changed the IMEI linked to my SIM card to that of my new Dell Streak 5 but it's been 4+ hours and it's hasn't been "updated" in their system. Though the IMEI is now correctly linked to my Dell Streak 5 I still get no service and cannot connect to any network. I'm stumped!

HTC DIAMOND> From Sprint to Page plus (NEED HELP ASAP)

Hi
i own a htc touch diamond, which is the SPRINT VERSION, and
need to activate it with page plus for my MOM.
for what i understand both networks are CDMA so it should
work, right?
if that's the case, what's the best and cheapest way to go to activate it?
but first a little story:
i tried to go to with a multi-carrier cell phone location, but the guy tried to screw me
promissing to activate it this was the deal with the guy:
80 DOLLARS up front, 40 to activate and credit starter, and
another 40 for "transfer the ESN from an old forgotten page plus
non-smart phone" which i found very strange... so i said
NO DEAL, BYE.
--
anyways, i need the phone to be PREPAID and i only want to
start with 10 dollars of credit to give it a try
if you know other prepaid CDMA service provider with GOOD rates per
minute i would like to know
please guide me
THANKS in ADVANCE !!
not going to be trivial, but may be possible... you will definitely first need the phone's MSL (lock code). And it is possible that you'll not be able to get data or MMS working. You'll have to manually program the phone... Go to www.howardforums.com and look in the PagePlus forum for more details...
It would be far easier to sell off this phone and get a Verizon phone of some sort instead, since PP is a Verizon MVNO...
It can be done, I did the same. I followed a tutorial I found somewhere, but can't remember where. Look around. Def need the MSL, that was the hardest thing for me to find.
i did the same thing years ago. i can sure that it can be done. but now my diamond is dead due to unknown reason .
anyway, try search ppcgeeks, i remember someone give me a radio prl for page plus. just run it , and the *288 can activated your phone.
sorry i didn't have the file u need.
the file u need is called Verizon Prepaid EVDO PRL 51214 Modified (01-13-09)

Unlocked Sprint HTC One on AT&T

I see this question asked a few times within other treads but wasn't ever really answered clearly in my situation. I have successfully network unlocked my Sprint HTC One. When I put the sim in I get no errors and dialing 4636 brings me to the menu where I can change to wcmda preferred..gsm only... etc.. The phone reads the phone number off the sim and lists it on this page as well. Heres my issue I have verified that phone will cover the same bands where I am so that should not be an issue. I can not get a signal with this phone with 2 different sims. I made sure I did all the obvious things with the settings, the APN's, flashed different radios, and tried different options is the 4636 menu. Ive used different roms as well...When I go to select or search for my network both options are grayed out.... I can connect to Verizon and I can connect to sprint towers but no Dice on ATT. I am currently on version 4.1.2 and have tried all available radios. Has anyone had success in the new York New Jersrey PA area with using this phone on ATT. If so what is the setup you are using.

The Sprint HTC one has blocked the carrier id's for domestic use aka att. You can however if your s-off you can flash the initial release radio the first radio when the Sprint HTC was released and it will allow you to connect to domestic carriers.
I'm in Ohio so not too far from you and I can pick up T-Mobile and att using the initial release radio, it is the only radio I could get to pick up signal.
Here is the first radio released http://d-h.st/HHD
Im currently s-off and flashed that radios. When I select network connection the two options are still grayed out. Could the rom choice make any difference ?
Same here....help please

I am having the same issue with my Sprint HTC One. I've tried everything mentioned above and no one has answered. Are you guys still having this issue? And if not what did you do to fix it. I have a Sprint HTC One with S-Off, Unlocked Bootloader, the Radio that is listed here and the latest ViperOne 5.7.0 ROM. Thanks!
EDIT: My phone is unlocked and I have been using T-Mobile for the past month just fine, and want to try AT&T.

I have figured out a way to make AT&T work with the phone. When you place a Sprint or Verizon sim into the phone, it will immediately unlock the network search options that are normally greyed out. I click automatic select and immediately remove the sim and replace it with my AT&T one. Even though the phone complains that the sim was removed, I can click ok, then quickly push the automatic select again before it greys out. I then wait a minute or so until it fails to find a network. I then quickly click the network search option. The notable thing at this point is the only network that shows up is MARITIME. if I click on that, it registers me to AT&T. I have tested the phone and it works great. But it seems to bump me off the network at some point. I dont know if its poor reception or the ROM itself doing it. And if I restart the phone, I lose it as well. So I have to repeat the steps again to get back on AT&T. But the thing to know here is that the phone will work with domestic carriers with no problem. Its a matter of locking to AT&T and staying there. Surely one of the brilliant brains on these forums can figure out how to keep it working. I basically stumbled onto this by playing around with it.

Good job finding that. When it kicks you off of AT&T's network it did that to me when I had T-Mobile as well, so it's not just AT&T. Glad you were able to get AT&T to work on your phone tho, kudos.

Straight Talk And Sprint Cluster F HTc One $ S3

So i wanted to do the BYOP with straight talk.. Went to the store got a BYOP Kit $59 and another 1 month $45 Card. Then (after checkin straight talk's MEID check on there site) Checked the MEID of the Samsung S3.. Went thru the activation process and it went thru fine.. Phone Didnt work. It was stock no root ect. Well... I suspected maybe there was a lost/stolen or past due so i called sprint and after 4 attempts and some social engineering that SWIM is not and is proud of was able to determine there is 249 balance and they wont release the phone .. The guy lied to me and said it was deavticated and free and clear. Great.
So yesterday I find a HTC one with a cracked screen but still works.. Great. I run the MEID thru straight talk and Sprint and its good and clear.. Awesome no past due's everything is ok.
Get home tried using the Tmobile Micro Sim and completed the activation process and it goes thru ok! (Dont you love how they make ya feel warm n fuzzy..) I go into the setting on the HTC one and change the mobile data between 4g lte Cdma to gsm and then do the root and sim unlock running viper and get the hidden menu and via *#*#4636#*#* and change the settings to WCDMA GSM ONLY Gsm Auto Prl.. And nothing..
Then spent 2 hours on the phone with Straight talk, got them to cancle out the Tmobile sim and Activated a Att Mirco Sim (They Said it would be better coverage ect) And still Notta.. I got a Htc One 32gb Boot Loader Unlocked (Presumably SIM Unlock) and Rooted and Would really like to get it working on Straigh talk.. I have seen a couple of people on here that have accomplised this But cant get a response from them how they did it.
I really need a working phone cause of the kids, ect. Does anyone have any ideas?
I also have seen how some of these knock off MVNO's say that a past due bal isnt a issue and they can flash a Sprint phone No Issue.. But seems like the S3 wont work unless someone knows of a sure fire place that can do it.
Or getting my HTC ONE to work on a Sprint MVNO but im assuming they will want a UICC# or Sprint 4g Mico Sim card number. And I dont know how to get one of those or who might have them.
Any one have any solutions how i can accomplish getting a working Phone preferably with 4g.. Id even trade these damn things out at this point. I would most likely like to get that HTC One on Sprint thats been unlocked to work with straight talk using its International Capabilities and the ATT Micro Sim that is now active and registered because i have 3 months paid thru them.. Any ideas?

[Q] AT&T-branded M7 can't call on T-Mobile

I've got an AT&T M7 which I'm trying to use on T-Mobile. I've carrier unlocked it through AT&T and, with the T-Mobile SIM in, I am able to get "data". Data is in quotes there because even though I see bars I can't actually get anything. Also calls and MMS don't work. SMS works reliably though.
I've made sure the only APN is one with the settings specified on T-Mobile's website.
I saw someone on the T-Mobile help forums recommending flashing with the T-Mobile flavor RUU offered on HTC's site. I downloaded it, but it doesn't seem to recognize my phone (I assume because it's checking for some sort of T-Mobile signature?)
Anyhow, if anyone has dealt with this before, I'd appreciate any advice.
For reference for anyone dealing with this in the future, it ended up being something on T-Mobile's end. They had me turn the phone off while they reset something in their infrastructure. When the phone came back up, it was able to call.
