How to Install:
Verify MD5 checksum, it should be:0cff3e34b3029510aa87b4f0306f3cb8 if you don't know how to calculate it see here
Download a safe kernel I prefer latest PhilZ N7000 TW kernel
Flash it through recovery
Reboot to recovery again
Go to "Backup and Restore>Misc Nandroid Settings>Preload Partition" and set it to Include
Backup your current Rom, if you are on previous version of AryaMod you can also make a backup of your SMS log in messaging app.
Go to "Wipe Data>Factory and Reset> hit Wipe Data-Cache-System-Preload"
Choose - Yes, I will install a new ROM!
Return to main page> Advance option and wipe davlik
Return to main page> Mount and storage, format system, format data, format preload (just to make sure you would get a clean install)
Flash ROM zip
Reboot and enjoy.
After boot up go to Developer options and change animation window, transition and animator duration scales to 0.5x
If setup wizard gives you FC, it's because of old CWM version which does not wipe and format properly (happens if you are on speedmod while wiping and formatting) just flash PhilZ or C.O.H kernel and flash the ROM with all wipes and formats as said above.

Note:
If you are coming from previous version you need to make a full wipe and format as the base is different in version 4.
If using Titanium Backup make sure not restoring any data.
After you made your choices in ROM/CSC features, you may need to restart your device or go to Recent apps>Task manager and Clear memory in order to load feature changes.
"MultiWindow" may not works at first boot because of long press to kill app mod, how to fix it you need to go to settings>ROM features and select what button you wish to kill app, reboot.
DO NOT, perform factory rest or whatever that can wipe data after flashing as I place some apps in Data folder for better RAM management.

Only one small thing I can find is I can't seem to get the multi window side bar to go when long press back button. Have you modded it so another button works or is it a bug? I full wiped including preload and dalvik so its a clean install.

Yeah, I had this problem yesterday as I asked you. Though I fixed it afterward and packed it in my zip and it's working here. No idea mate, I think I should get a logcat again.

Yeah I mean it's there and works fine but when I want to remove the side bar by long press back button it doesn't go, if you know what I mean

I totally got what you said, try changinging long press behavior on settings\display to "Menu" and reboot and try, again change it to "Back" and try again. I would upload a video how I flashed the ROM and see multiwindow is working with holding back button.

gonna give this a try. played around with galactus 4.2 just now. very impressive rom that, especially with the galactus mod control segment. however i like crt-off very very much and i like your themes.
so i'll flash your's in a while. do u take any requests like ezachiel ? if not i'll just stfu and enjoy your rom.

Reasonable request, like adding some general mods would be fine. I would add some addons later though.

Verify MD5 checksum: c53c0302df014974a99341f953f8215d
Download latest PhilZ N7000 TW kernel, doesn't matter which base
Flash it through recovery
Reboot to recovery again
Go to "Backup and Restore / Misc Nandroid Settings / Preload Partition" and set it to Include
Backup your current Rom
Then go to "Wipe Data/Factory and Reset / Wipe Data-Cache-System-Preload"
Then choose -Yes, I will install a new ROM!
Return to main page, go to advance option and wipe davlik
Return to main page under Mount and storage, format system, format data, format preload (i know it's just might be repetitive but it's better to prepare for clean install)
Flash ROM zip
After the ROM boots up please use any app that let you adjust CPU like CPU adjuster and set your CPU as noop-pegasusq (recommended for balance by crime_of_heart on his thread

First Boot takes Long and you will see a Message Unfortunately, SystemUI has stopped. Dont worry, Go to Settings>Date & Time> Select 24 Hour Format... Status bar will Appear in 5-10 secs. Time will show 12 hr time even if you select 24 hr. for time being this is easily ignorable
As you see your Status bar, REBOOT ONCE.. that is a must.. After reboot everything will be fine...

How is the battery life? None of the current ICSs have good battery life. And please add the Sony keyboard.

Phone, contacts and Camera is from Sony... That was the main purpose of ROM.. Stability, performance with xloud, bravia engine and easy to add sony stuff...
I will theme Phone and contacts later.. its odex and hard to theme but I will try...
You guys really want Sony Keyboard back to bloat the ROM?
OK then get it from Second Post in Addons..... let it be a Black themed but only English language at the moment...but I cant be sure about its stability....

HOW TO INSTALL
1)Install CWM recovery if you don’t have it already, check this link:

2)Put the file in your SD card (Internal/External).
3)By using 3 button Compo (Power, Volume Down, Home key), Reboot into recovery.
4)If you don’t know what you are doing then, do a full wipe (Wipe Data Factory Reset).
5)Wipe cache.
6)Go to advance and wipe dalvik cache.
7)Go back to main screen and shows install zip from SD card (Internal/External).
8)Chose PalystineRom….. and then press Yes.
9)Wait until AROMA starts and chose your prefer options then install !!!
10)Now the Rom should be booted and the last thing you have to do now is ENJOY

1) open Xposed Installer, click install/Update and then reboot your phone.
2) now you can chose from module tab the option you want to activate or deactivate (Xposed app setting), for activate or deactivate any option you should reboot your phone.
•For per-app configuration, after activation the module Xposed app setting open Xposed app setting apk and chose the apk you want to change the DPI for or you want to use it in tablet mode, here is screenshots for some apps configurations:

BATTERY LIFE
I didn’t test each case individually but with the tips below and Siyah Kernel STweks as shown u can get up to 4 hours 3G calling (viber), more than two hours screen time on and 1 hour of phone calling plus a 12 hours standby in 3G all together.
Tips for better battery life:
•Disable auto sync for accounts
•Disable GPS (and wifi gps).
•Disable auto backup of Gmail account.
•Disaple FastDormancy.
•Set brightness level to automatic.
•Disable hepatic feedback.
•Check your apps settings and disable useless background sync.
•Activate power saver option.
•Use following setting for Siyah Kernel:
PERFORMANCE:
Performance can be measured in various ways like (benchmarking, smoothness, 3D games….etc.)
For me, my only concern is smoothness and in this Rom I can assure you a very smooth practice even with power saving ON !!
About games I don’t have time to play games so you tell me

i will upload JKay version tmrw cause i dont have a gd internet connection now
and thats a known issue with nova launcher, its not a systrm friendly app
try to use another launcher and disaple nova from setting and let me know
did u make a full wipe before u flash the rom ?!

Suggestions:
Could you please not pre-install Titanium Backup?
When i try to install my version it seems to have a FC and I tried to remove the pre - installed version of Titanium but it just wont delete )
Bug So Far:
AOSP SMS:- The messaging is still not threading correctly, CODEC Rom seems to be the only one that has this perfected, though a recent fix was found, if you go to the CONTACTS App, and you message the person through that app FIRST, then all future messages will thread correctly for that person ...
So thats easy enough ^_^
Lockscreen Wallpaper:
Unable to change the lockscreen wallpaper on AOSP and when using the ripple lockscreen it is just a grey background
Other than that I not come across anything else!
I will be sticking to this ROM!

just go to the root of your phone and then Data/Data and search for com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup and delete it before that u should uninstall titanium backup

• To enable hardware keys and disable soft keys follow this tutorial:
by removing in
/system/build.prop
the line
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
(Use Es file explorer note editor)
Navigation bar will disable after reboot.
To enable the hardware keys, edit the file
/system/usr/layout/Generic.kl
These are the three hardware buttons
key 172HOME
key 158BACK
key 139MENU
Remove a # before any key you wan't to use. (I did add a # before 158 and 139 and left Home button working)
(Use Es file explorer note editor).
Hardware keys will enable after reboot.
And vise-versa for enable navigation bar.

I have little experience with resizing apps and am having difficulty making the Sammy camera app fill the whole screen..I've installed xposed and tried changing the layout etc to all avalible options and nothing seems to actually change...any help is appreciated.

all AOSP apps will change using XPosed framework
but most of sammy apps will not
sorry to say that but sammy apps should change manualy most of the time
check the screenshots for

For Note II its not possible to run it in full screen
Xposed app can customize the app DPI for samsung apps but also can transform the AOSP apps into tablet mode

I did everything but can not get the hard keys to work. I got rid of soft keys but the hard keys aren't working. Plz help. This is a good ROM but hard keys not working. I deleted # before the two lines but still not working. Help ASAP

This is a preview of the installation steps/customization included in this DroidROM for the Galaxy S3 GT-I9300.
STEP 1
Flashing Options:
Update ROM Base
Select this to flash the rom. The purpose of this is so that you can choose whether you want to flash the rom, or just flash the frameworks, mods and other apps. For example if you have already installed DroidS3 v4 - MC3, and you selected the JKay framework but want to switch to Droidified framework, instead of flashing the whole rom again, you can deselect this and only flash the framework and other mods.
Update Modem
As simple as it sounds, if you want to stay with your current modem, uncheck this option.
STEP 2
Wipe Data
Wipe Data
Select this to wipe data, wipe system and wipe caches. This is recommended for clean install, but you will lose your existing apps, contacts, etc if this is selected.

Selecting this will not wipe data, and will only wipe caches.. make sure you are on a 4.1 based rom..

Flash it from stock recovery
Reboot recovery
Go to "Backup and Restore / Misc Nandroid Settings / Preload Partition" and set it to Include
Backup your current Rom
Then go to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset / Wipe Data-Cache-System-Preload"
then choose -Yes, I will install a new ROM!
"Install Zip" if you put the Rom on the SD than "Choose zip from sdcard", find it and install it

Before Install look over the Aroma Installer Menu:

The Aroma Installer it's made for more time use!
So, if you want to change something, then start the Aroma Installer and do it.
Don't wipe, clear, clean.. the updater-script makes all needed changes..
Only the Apps aren't removable, but if I have a time, then will make the Aroma for cleaning..
Example:
You can't use CSC changer, because the Rom has only one CSC.
If you want to change the CSC, then select your next CSC and then make factory reset.
If you don't like one selected extra, then change it with the Aroma (do not re install the whole Rom)

Awesome effort.
All this needs is a green circle battery mod and transparent black Multiwindow. Maybe lock screen torch with Home button.

i conseil IN 3 : in recovery (in PhilZ) go to : "Wipe Data/factory reset" and choose "Wipe Data-Cache-System-Preload"

and maybe also the GS4 50%Transparent accuWeather (which is very beautiful and simple) http://www64.zippyshare.com/v/19698775/file.html
and also remove non usefull stock apps and junk app from ROM
I think those can make ur rom perfect

Not all check my first post.
I'll check what can I do.
Principle, yes, but never tried.
Backup your current rom first, then format system and preload.
Because there is a difference in the system and the preload apps.
I installed this rom and use about 1 day.
Great, feels lightweight and smooth.
Screenon 3h42m and battery still 42%.
I'll check the other functions.
Edit: But one time when i add splanner widget, the dock and its icons are black and homescreen lost page transitions.

I have not encountered the error described.
Are you using it with the animations?
I turn them immediately off, so now animation it's on.
Perhaps due to the synchronization...it was busy..

This is my "STOCK" project, so no 4 way reboot. Other problem: Hot Boot not working.
But in v2 maybe... 3 way reboot..

I tried to download it via imperium ota update, but it wasn't possible. Downloading now via laptop.
I couldn't see anything about the full transparent waether widget - is that possible with the script of 4.3 version?
Very nice rom but the only thing is that there aren't any toggles for ultra power saving mode and toolbox if you can inplement those it will be very good!
EDIT: I found this on xda very nice if you can inplement (with toggles) also.

Very nice so far, especially for a first version. Runs very smooth with an acceptable battery life.
Just had to change the Kernel to Boeffla cause Stock became a little too hot now and then. And had to redownload and re-install/update AdAway which stuck at applying new host files.

Imperium has always been one of my favourite roms, and I've used imperium v13.6 for the longest amount of time. And right now I'm feeling even more pumped up to see imperium rom based on kitkat thank you so much for this rom slim80, you are the man. ??
The only bug I've faced (not anything serious) is that the language sometimes goes back to Italian on its own after a phone reboot. I do not know what exactly causes this, but hope you can take a look. Cheers mate and thanks a lot.

I had FC with opening contacts and use of call app.
Anyone here with same experiences?
Furthermore, if the phone is closed and get call, the windows was black, hence impossible to pick the call.Looking forward about any improvements, Slim.

I've been using it for over 2-3 days and didn't come across the issues you mentioned. You can try a different kernel. I am using thoth kernel and getting very good stabilty. Didn't have an app FC yet ?
