My HTC one is bought from at&t , and I unlocked it with custom recovery and custom ROM yet I received all that by flashing m7ul roms and recoveries not m7att... My phone works completely fine but I can't seem to flash anything intended for m7att it just says my phone is m7ul
Is that a problem? I'm super curious..

I'm using T-Mobile USA HTC ONE.
I want to flash a custom kernel, but I'm wondering how to flash back to the stock kernel.
Can anyone help me?
Also, where can I get TMOBILE USA HTC ONE firmware and RUU?

No RUU yet, but there are stock nandroids around here... I'd link but I'm mobile and on the run!
Does that mean that I can flash thosr nandroid ruu and get official updates? How can I flash back to the stock kernel?

Hi
Greetings,
IMO
You can get updatesafter flashing those nandroir backups and these backups already has a stock kernel you do not need to flash stock kernel later

I want to flash a try the stock version.
I am S-Off if that helps
I wonder if i can flash those Roms in the other htc one forums.
From my htc ONE
A word of advice, don't flash any ROM which are compatible only for other htc one variants.

There is not a version for sprint, and there won't be until we get 4.2.2 update from HTC

My question is my HTC vivid is carrier unlocked and I want flash custom Rom. Now if I do this will it relock back to att thanks in adavnc
No. It won't.
thanks and i just flashed the blitz rom and it is bootloopin, so i am downloading a ph39img file hopefully that will get it back to at least working
Is your phone S-ON, the kernel may need to be flashed separately from the rom. This may be the cause of your bootloop?

Hi, friends! Can I push any custom GE ROM on my HTC One UK only with root? I have stock JB 4.2.2 and 1.54 HBOOT. I'm S-On too... I need to install new HBoot, Recovery, blah blah, blah or not? Many thanks!

If you want only the rom, you can flash this
If you want a fully GE One, you have to flash the firmware, the room etc...
I installed the SinLess GE ROM and followed the normal flash process. DL the ROM zip onto your phone, using TWRP recovery I did a normal wipe, installed the ROM and worked like a charm. I was rooted and unlocked, not s-off.
Now make sure to do the TWRP backup, its key to being able to get back to where you were. I've used it a few times and it works like a charm.
Hope this helps.

I flashed M7ul Cyanogen mod (GSM) instead of at&t version and I'm on at&t. Looks like everything is running just fine is there any reason why I should worry about flashing at&t version? Reason I did that is because at&t version failed when I tried and M7ul version flashed just fine

for cm11 the m7ul(gsm),(att),(tmo) all have been unified into one build. theres no more builds going foward for each of the carrier versions except for sprint and verizon. but if you have an att,tmo or any other gsm m7ul its all using the 1 build under m7ul
I'm on the AT&T model and I always use the M7UL; you have nothing to worry about. I think the GSM variants were actually going to be remerged into M7UL again since it works on AT&T and T-Mobile models.
