some people have issue with old flashtool
u try newest one but I don't know u can get in flash model or not
do never use a flashtool older than 0.9.13 to flash Z1.
Hi guys. I'm not sure if my phone is dead but I hope it isn't as it isn't waking up even if I have already tried doing the hard reset (red button) for 3 attempts and pressing the power button + volume up and it's still not waking up. The phone vibrates 3 times when I did the hard reset and the power button + volume up but then the screen isn't waking up. It was just lying on the bed and when I was about to use it then this what happened. Before that I was just doing my usual stuff like taking few pictures then I just turned off the WiFi and the phone wasn't hot that time. This is very frustrating really that this has to happen on Christmas day.:crying:
My apologies for posting this on this thread as I really wanted help...:crying:
I know... now

For everybody's information, it does actually say on 9.11 that the Z1 is supported... so I don't think it's a Flashtool fault
Yes, but the latest version is 0.9.13 which does support the z1

If your phone vibrates means it's alive. I would rather search in your ADB drivers, I think they don't handle Fastboot right. And concerning Flashtool versions, listen to the ones suggesting you 0.9.13
To the OP: your device is not dead!
Since I had the same issues with my Z1 in order to get it working with Flashtool and then back to "real" life (i.e., having your ROM running fine again), do this:
1. Install correct drivers (http://d-h.st/Wyk - Flashtool-drivers-1.1-20130911.exe)
2. Flash an unbranded stock firmware (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2469191)
HTH!

Remember to scroll down in the installer's components list and tick all three drivers (Z1 _not_ containing L39h in its name, Fastboot mode & Flash mode).

Bootloader interface???
Yes. Depending on the package you download, its name is either Sony Bootloader Interface or ADB Bootloader Interface.

I Have a question regarding my Xperia Z.
I tried to flash a generic version of android 4.4 on my xperia Z, and something went terribly wrong.
After trying to flash it on my phone, it wouldn't advance past the booting screen (the sony logo), and when I plug it in to charge it seems to get in some sort of weird boot loop with the phone powering on and off not getting past the sony logo, powering of again etc. etc.
The device is rooted and has a unlocked bootloader. I already tried restoring it with emma, and I tried flashing a generic version of the unbranded firmware with flashtool. but nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any ideas how this problem can be resolved?

You shouldn't exclude anything!
Anyway, connect your phone to a wall charger, after 5 minutes or so hold the VOL up + power button for till it vibrates (might take more than a minute) then keep it on charge for 1 or 2 hours (DON'T TRY TO POWER IT ON) then connect it to pc, hold VOL up and power, when it starts vibrating instantly release everything and hold the VOL down. If it connected in flashmode, try to flash 534 or older if you have the ftf.

Hi, i have some problems with my Xperia T. I want to install AOPK software based on this tutorial /2013/07/26/update-xperia-t-lt30p-cm101-android-422-jelly-bean-custom-rom/2/ . In Step 10 i had ERROR 7, so i turn off my phone and want to turn on but now i have repeated bootloop on SONY logo. What can i do to repair my phone?
Step 10: Now select “choose zip from sdcard”. Using your volume keys, navigate to the Android 4.2.2 ROM zip file that you copied to your SD card and select it using the Power button. Confirm the installation on the next screen and the installation procedure should start now.
I try to do flash mode, but PC don't see my phone :/
Hold volume down while plugging the phone in and it should be in flash mode. Then open flashtool and press the flash icon then press flash mode then flash the ftf for your phone

i tried to reinstall the flashmode and flashtool, also i have the sus and scc, so i didnt instal drives of xperia t, still nothing
what i see that the error i got about 60% of system flash.
Try Flashtool-0.7.0.0,Maybe it can work
it looks like the phone is losing connection with pc at 60 and some percent i tried 6 diffrend roms with the same result when i plugging the phone with volume down to pc it sometimes is red led but when i wait with plugged about 2 min it starting green and start flashing, so its not a pc problem coz i tried on 3 difrrend with diffrend os
sorry for double post, but i got some result, i open the phone and unplug the port of battery then i connected to pc it showed red led for a sec then switch to green, and then i start flashing stock rom, sucesfully, but when i plug the battery port and then try to start the phone the red led is blinking still...
This seems that the drivers are not good. Are you on W7? If yes try on a other pc,other usb, try to eliminate possible causes.
I had a similar flashing problem with my Xperia T and a friends Xperia ZL. Consider another USB port (like ARmaNineTSeven suggested) and another USB cable. In my case, when I switched to my stock Sony USB cable, flashing FTF worked perfectly (not sure why)
I have tried to flash my xperia v after it was bricked
But i keep getting errors so please help :

Are you sure the FTF you're trying to flash is not corrupt? Check MD5, or redownload the FTF.
Redownload the ftf file.. Check your usb cable.. If you can see sony logo yet, its not bricked try different usb port and flash it..
