[Q] Problems stock calendar 4.3 fw - Xperia Z1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a problem with my calendar, anyone else experience the same? It has a new great feature, national holidays. They are marked in red, great! But all settings in the calendar, except the posts, resets on reboot. Is there a way to solve this?

Same issues are happening over on the T-Mobile Note 3's also. My magazine randomly force closing. clearing cache and app data seems to help but then the problem comes back. I think the software on the N3 is not quite stable yet, give it a few updates before it's all good.
Cleared cache will report back later, so is this a common issue?

I tried deleting the APK's (by the way there are two APK's for this app) and that caused unfortunately TW home has stopped message to pop up every time I hit the home button. Even trying to freeze the app caused this issue.

You may have to do a factory restore

It's a part of touchwiz. That's why when you freeze it or delete it you get the FC issues. Why the hell they did that, no clue because flipboard is available in the playstore.

Yea, had same issues. I remember removing the device from the website and then adding via the barcode solved the issue.

I didn;t had any problems going from 4.2 to 4.3. But I used it for one site (gmail). After that I added more sites.

Youtube Force Closing

If this has been covered, I can't search from my phone using Web (keeps refreshing when I use search box), and this app isn't showing me anything.
My YouTube keeps crashing for some reason within the past couple hours. It was working fine up until then. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling, rebooting phone, all with no luck.
I am running stock rooted 4.3 with SS recovery, and don't have the Xposed YouTube ad blocker which I know has caused recent problems. I also haven't made any system changes or app installations.

Yeah I didn't know about it also. My brother told me, and it wasn't working for him too. It seems to work fine now.

Calendar widget issue

Hi! After last update to 4.4.2 i lost calendar widget function. Now it says "no upcoming calendar events" even my calendar is full of events (birthdays, holidays,etc...). I cleared data in calendar app and calendar sync, but still nothing. Any ideas?

Anybody please?

Are you on stock Xperia launcher? I've found that sometimes when using third-party launchers my widgets don't auto-update. Or are you using apps such as Greenify that may be interfering with the sync function?
If you really can't pinpoint any reason for it I'm pretty sure a factory reset would solve it.
I'm on stock and no greenify and similiar apps installed. I think i gonna factory reset it. Tnx

Rear LED constantly blinking

My rear LED is constantly flashing from green to while to purple. I have went into the settings and unchecked everything and it still does it regardless. Only way to get it to stop is by disabling the front and rear LED. Anyone experiencing this? On a Sprint Flex running KK.

OK clearing cache for incallui did the trick however the LED won't stay lit red while charging. There is no notificationmanager listed in app manager. I'm rooted (4.4.2) and this is a fresh reflash as of a week ago.
