Who can help me root my xperia Z1?
My phone current firmware is .257
1-How do I downgrade to .534
2-How do I Root it and flash dual recovery
3-how to get back to.257 (im malaysian) dunno
Have or dont have ota I need a master give me tutorials/tips (need ftf file)

i had already seen that page but i can't find italian james bond edition..but only uk o2...

There is also a dutch version. But it doesn't matter which one you choose. Both will have bloatware from providers and both support the Italian language

my T isn't brand new but used one...it has unlocked bootloader,can i relock it?

i've used it today for relocking my bootloader.

thanks dude but flashtools can't recognize the phone since in driver folder there isn't T driver...only TX one and other models..i have flashtool 0.9.9.0

Just use the TX Drivers.
They work for the Xperia T too
i did it but get error..install device drivers bla bla bla...
sorry guys i'm a bit confused.i don't know if the bootloader is locker or unlocked.
pc companion recognise the phone
with *#*#service#*#* i can see: rooting status: bootloader unlocked:yes
this means that bl is unlocked or i'm allowed to unlock it??

btw i can't relock it because i have that error in flash tools
ok now flashtool worked!! now i get Bootloader unlock allowed:yes so it's locked now :laugh:

I can not find an O2 UK stock firmware, i need to rebrand my phone, can someone help with this? Is the O2 German one the same?

A good place to start looking for how to root is in any sticky threads in the general section or in the development section.

Thank You very much. It helped. I also have one last question. I have installed CMW-Based Recovery v6.0.2.8
How can i cancel the sideload option? It says sideload started. I have accidentally chosen for that option and now it says "Sideload started..."
What do i need to do to cancel this??

You have to downgrade to 4.2

Brother, you gotta read completely before u post.. :silly: The op says he wants to root, not unlock bootloader.. But he has provided those details which he thought might be necessary..
