I need help. I don't know how to remove this padlock button when I unlock my phone:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
When I press the padlock button it shows this:
After I unlocked the padlock, it then shows the pattern:
Before when I unlock my phone it only shows the pattern but now it shows this padlock button first then the pattern. I haven't changed any security settings and have not updated my phone. I remember, I accidentally pressed the power button a few times then it started to show the padlock button. I only want to show the pattern when I unlock my phone and not the padlock button. Please advise how to remove this padlock button.
The padlock you see is probably installed by you from the store or somewhere else. Cuz it's not included in the Sony system. :silly:

Try: Settings\Security\Phone Lock and untick prompt for password

Try: Settings\Security\Phone Lock and untick prompt for password
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
My phone has this path:
Settings\lock\locking code, then comes the password page.
But "promt if phone is unused for" is grey, with a promt.

Try going to your Dialer\Menu\Options and turn off PIN Code
Hi everyone
I have a HTC Desire 500 which when I turn it on, it goes straight to fastboot mode. I tried to Unlock bootloader throw htcdev website. everything was fine until the last step which I have to press power button on Yes/No option. Power button doesn't work on Yes option, even holding it won't help.

I tried to use RUU to install everything fresh. But when it want's to reboot to bootloader, the phone doesn't respond anymore and after reboot goes into black screen and light led is blinking and nothing happens.
What should I do?
Thanks
So... What did you do?
Whenever I just turn on the phone to unlock using pattern, in the upper left corner of the status bar I get the alert (or you can say notification I don't know) saying that "you have incorrectly attempted to unlock the screen %d times." (yes, I get the ampersand d operator symbol) I don't know how to fix this problem. It looks weird when I turn on the screen. Somebody please help me with this.
PS. I use lineage os 14.1 & screenshot is added.

Hi, anyone else have an issue with the screen like the display driver crashed? Basically the entire screen is pixelated and illegible.
The digitizer still partially works, but when I tap where the shut down icons should be, nothing happens.
I tried a reboot with Vol Down + Power, but there it just reboots with the same messed up display.
I am also unable to access the bootloader, since it won't properly shut down. Also don't know how to boot into safe mode without being able to read the display.
Called Samsung and T-Mobile, no help there. Any ideas? Much appreciated.

Every time I install Magisk after the root it gives the impression that something else needs to be installed after I install and it restarts no root does anyone know why ?!

Note that after the whole process there is no root
Just ignore that warning then click the update button. When it finishes you turn the phone off and wait a few secs then you enter the key combination to enable Magisk, Its volume button up + Bixby + power button. when the logo shows you release the power button then the other buttons like 2 seconds later. That's what I did for my Samsung s10+, not sure what your key combination is since I don't know what phone you have xP
My model is Xiaomi F21 Pro Do you mean I will reset the phone ??
