I have the same problem as the OP and both of the apps log in but as soon as I click on a thread it force closes. If I don't log in it works.

Thats weird,, here they are working on my xoom, there are some that did force close on me, i dont know why but these dont for me. Make sure you have used a good uninstaller from the market to delete out any previous versions of XDA then side load one of mine or push via ADB to data/app, let me know.

Stranger yet, the free app has had constant FC issues on my Xoom since April. If the free one isn't any good what on earth would make me buy the premium app? You'd think the author(s) would have figured out what a negative inducement this might be...

The paid app works fine for me but I've decided to use the browser to get some more Honeycomb traffic flowing across the web. I find the site works best in Dolpbin HD.

I kind of thought the same thing but in an earlier thread about this, someone made the same comment and another poster who knew him basically said "sheesh, I'll PayPal you the dollar!" but in a really funny way. The entertainment from that alone made me buy the app.

Not alot but it is,
Supposedly it adds app data backup but I haven't seen it mentioned in the app. Some slight design tweaks as well.

Really? I hate the new Google Music...It seems they changed the whole UI and I loved the previous version.
Speaking of that does anyone have the old version? I haven't done a search yet just figured I'd ask while replying to this.
In case you missed the TechCrunch story, Google Wallet available for the Sprint HTC One through the Google Play store. I has it. It works.
That is all

(BTW, checked this forum for a previous post, none found.)
It came up in my blink feed
Just slapped it up at an HEB, it does work. Huzzah!

Yes, it works on rooted phones. The unsupported device warning is basically goggle's way of saying it's not their fault if a malicious app hacks your wallet.

If anyone is a first time user of Google wallet be aware on my evo lte when I had it installed u had to make sure u cleared wallet before any flashing that would do a factory data reset. It broke the app and was useless if u didn't clear it and did a reset. Don't know if it's the same for the one. I would imagine it would be.

I have used Wallet on my evo 4g lte. Now that I have it on my One, I go to the same location I have used it previously and get the error message at the gas pump saying that Paypass isn't supported (or something to that effect. Has anyone else seen this that previously acceptable locations no longer work?
Works alright for me as far as setup goes, but since I've yet to use it "in the wild" I can't vouch for its actual functionality. You can also hide the Unsupported Device message if you're using MoDaCo.
Well iTunes supported on sprint so that's no problem. I had no issues installing and making sure all of my card information, etc. was included. I rarely used wallet but wanted to try it last week and was surprised to find that the location I had used it before no longer worked. I don't have a large sample size of usage at this point since I rarely use it. I was just curious if anyone else has seen this behavior.

This morning, my XDA app is acting crazy. When I click on a post, it gives me the options for the post before it, so if I click on my own post to edit it, it gives me the options for the post before mine. Is this happening to anyone else?

Not having that issue. But responding to xda notifications causes the app to FC. Root de la Vega rooted my N3 if that makes any difference. Try re-installing the app.

I'm using the paid version. No problems other than what I posted above. Maybe its not your device that's the problem. Maybe its the xda servers. I'm just guessing.

It's been happening to me as well. And no I don't want to use Tapatalk.
I've noticed that every time something goes wrong the first suggestion is to try something else instead of solving the actual problem. With my video stuttering issues someone suggested to stream videos at 480p instead of 720 or 1080. Yea that's why I got a 700 dollar phone for so I can stream at quality that's been around since 1997.
Back on topic, I've noticed that if you click next to the name of the op of the post you want to quote or reply to it picks the correct one as opposed to the one above it. Still, it's an issue that needs to be resolved.
I'm not bragging, just informing. I am not having any selection problem with this app. I have tried using the spen and my finger, touching anywhere in a post. I even tried along the border between posts and it selected the correct post every time.
I'm sorry you guys are havjng this irritating problem. Does it happen anywhere else? N1 had a screen sensitivity problem with spen that required an outside app to recalibrate the screentouch.

Temp fix: if you tap on the post itself will select the post above making difficult to quote the last post. Now, look at the post and you'll see on the left the user name and on the right the time the post was posted. If you tap on the time will select it right and not the one above it
Edit: just like Techweed said, sorry didn't read your post, I did this couple days ago already.

The last time I went to XDA through an app I used Tapatalk instead of XDA because I already use Tapatalk for all the other forums. I did buy the XDA app to support XDA, I just don't like keeping so many different apps all for forums. I found that the Tapatalk app doesn't crash when I browse on it, if you wanted to try that?
i've noticed that it crashes when you are giving to many inputs i.e. tapping too much. If you avoid this, the app works well.
There is also an issue of tap detection. when i try to reply to someone i have to tap on the post below the one desired. :/ but it doesnt crash the app... so thats a plus right?

Appreciate it. Yeah, I've never quite gotten used to Facebook, still keep forums I've been on for years.... Tapatalk is a really nice way to organize them all. The only thing that drives me nuts is that when you go to download a file off of a forum it opens a browser which kind of disrupts the flow, but I think XDA app did the same thing. That would be a tremendously useful thing for the XDA app to do is manage XDA downloads, but for all I know it does that now, I haven't used the XDA app in awhile. These ATT ROMs are around a gig sometime... Hell to download on a mobile phone just because so many things seem to be able to break the download. And the download managers seem to hiccup sometimes with the site that are primarily used for hosting, don't know why.
I bought the xda premium app a couple years ago to show my support. But it does suck on this phone. Doesn't show pictures corectly. The search function is not very helpful. When I open it if it's been in the the background for a while it won't connect to the server to refresh. I have to close it and open it again. Also when leaving the app the animation lags really bad. I always thought it ironic that the XDA app was so buggy lol
**side note- I don't know the first thing about making apps or how hard they are to debug and make run smoothly on all devices. So I'm not hating. Just throwing it out there...
