You may get root first and use the following adb shell command:
Code:
su
restorecon -r /
Don't forget the last "/"
If that doesn't work, you can flash back to stock 4.1.2 and format the internal storage using stock firmware. After ensuring the int storage is working under stock firmware, flash CM11 and have a try.(DO NOT format internal storage under CM11)
Thank you, I formatted the memory through 4.1.2

So?
No success...
Guys,
First of all, thanks to the OP for this thread!
Second, I tried deodexing my device with no success... It didn't remove the *.odex files. Plus, after analyzing the same files on my wife's S3, I could tell nothing changed as per file size. Something went wrong... Below follows the log file (I couldn't attach it).

Could anyone kindly help me?

Hi guys, I really wanna try this ROM but reading on the threads I noticed that I need to delete an NFC apk file from the last build, in order to install it correctly. However, once that I unzip the ROM to delete the APK and zip it back, it is not recognized by my current recovery (Philz). Could you please tell me if I am doing something wrong or if I need to use any other program to unzip and zip it back?? Thanks in advance

I will adding indonesian language on my sgs3mini.
Please send me "framework-res.apk".
You can find in folder "root/system/framework/".
Or,
if you know about compile / decompile apk, you just send me folders "values-in" & "values-in-rID"
You can find in folder "framework-res.apk/res/"
Thanks a lot.

Just download mega from the play store
It's free. All you need is a username and password. I think you can download it from chrome if you switch to desktop mode then copy/paste the link. "copy link address" open your browser. "request desktop site" then paste the address ?

To download from a browser you need to "copy link address" open a new tab/page, switch desktop mode/request desktop site, then paste the link address in the search bar. Just tried it on my partners phone and it worked fine ? but yea, downloading it from the mega app is probably more reliable
